Breakfast was ok something to eat for everyone. The only thing missing from this hotel I would say would be tea and coffee facilities in the...

Me and my three mates stayed here for a week in April. The hotel has just been upgraded from a two-star hotel to a three-star one. The rooms were lovely, the staff were friendly and helpful ( especially in the bar ! ) and I`d recommend this hotel to anyone who is holidaying in Benidorm this year.

Me and my 4 year old spent feb half term here for 4 nights. Although it was a very spanish hotel the staff were still very welcoming. Our rooms were cleaned daily and the food was ok. Stayed twice now at the hotel Joya. It is incredible value for money. Rooms are basic but very clean with air conditioning. The location of the hotel is perfect 10 mins stroll from the old town and 15 mins stroll to the British square. It is very quiet due to its location. The pool area is fantastic and the pool...

Stayed here for 4 nights, good location in between old town and new town. About 10/15 walk down to the beach front. We arrived around 10pm to check in, Andre was on the front desk not a smile at all, and this did not changed all our stay, if he was talking to staff he left you waiting very rude....

Stayed here earlier this year (June I think) for my cousins stag do ! Overall the hotel I would say is great value for money, whilst it was not the most modern or luxurious of hotels it was clean and tidy. The rooms are dated but the maids came everyday to make beds and empty bins etc. The pool and...
