We arrived before the check in time and we were asked to wait for 1/2 an hour as the rooms weren't ready, within 20 minutes or so we were checked in. The hotel is at a decent location, everything is at a walking distance i.e supermarket, restaurants, tram station and of course the old town. The staff in the hotel...

We were a little apprehensive about booking this hotel, there were some negative reviews, however turned out a little gem of a hotel. It's situated in a nice residential area looking over a lovely park Check in was prompt and the reception staff were friendly efficient we asked for a room on the 7th floor overlooking the park and that was what we...

We were in a room at the front of the hotel, (despite having emailed on three separate occasions and receiving no replies to any of our requests to have a room overlooking the park, as recommended by previous reviewers) First, the positives ... the two ladies on Reception and all the Restaurant staff are a credit to the hotel. They...

Considering I paid £150 for 5nights full board I can't complain about anything at all! The food was what you would expect for a 3* hotel, plenty of choice but I enjoy eating out on holiday so only had it a few times! Rooms are really modern and the beds super comfy. Shower very powerful and more of a wet...

Stayed here mid October with a group of lads on a 50th. Hotel was very nice and clean. Bedrooms and public areas very modern. Good location for both old and new town. Mainly Spanish guests but all friendly as were the bar staff. Only £30/night b&b and breakfast was good. Would def recommend to couples, families and singles alike.
