Good hotel, but stayed there at the weekend at end of September when the local carnival was in full swing and there was a wedding reception in the hotel! Fireworks until late in the night and disco music at 3am. Excellent location in a really sleepy (usually) city.

After driving around for a while we saw the sign and decided to head into the old narrow streets of the old town. Alas, it was conveniently on the edge of town and offered parking as well as a great breakfast and friendly employees.

Booked and requested for a quiet room with a view several months ago. Got a small room with a view to the neighbor 6 meters across a small street with a lot of noise during the nights. Poor sound insulated windows. In spite of complain no change to another room..

We are driving the Camino to Santiago de Compostela and a stop in Pamplona is a must but whoever said that this hotel is easy to find was either having a laugh or extremely fortunate - Tourist Information in a nearby square were excellent in pointing out how to find it.We picked it because it has parking so we could...

The hotel is very close to the gates that you walk through to enter Pamplona. A welcomed fact when my knees hurt. The hotel concierge was friendly and very accommodating. I asked for an upper floor and that is what I got. The room was fairly spacious and light. The bed was comfortable and I got a good night' sleep....

The hotel is situated in the old town which makes it a little difficult to drive too through the narrow old city gates and streets. However, it is an excellent location from which to explore the old town. The hotel staff are helpful and friendly, speaking excellent English. The rooms were modern and the bathroom sleek.

Chose this hotel as it is located in the old town. Well decorated and friendly staff at the reception. Bi-lingual staff is helpful. Room is a bit small with a quite large bathroom. No desk to work, which I missed. Shower in the bathtub, prefer a separate shower. As the room is in the street side, quite noisy from traffic...

Located in a quiet corner of the old city next to the Navarra archive building, this old convent has all modern facilities, nice rooms with all comfort and an exquisit restaurant housed in the old chapel. Staff is very helpful and the old city center can be visited from here without any difficulty.

This was probably the worst room during our 10 days travel through the Basque country and Navarro, during which we slept in hotels of different categories: pensions to 4* hotels. The room that was given to us was surely not 4* standard, barely 2*. The rooms is small and not comfortable. The rooms are not really well noise insulated and...
