Hotel located very close to Cartagena, in an industrial estate. The staff's attention is quite good. Buffet breakfast with little variety and quite small space. During the rest of the day it remains closed. The rooms are good in size although the bed could be greatly improved. Low water pressure in the bathroom.

+1
We chose this hotel because it is located just outside the city and appeared to be quite nice from what I had read. We were pleasantly surprised with our choice. It might only be classified as a 3 star hotel but what we got was better than expected. Comfortable room - free parking - good breakfast (not included in price) - free access to the internet - and a very friendly staff. Moreover it is just a few minutes away from the city center. I would definitely choose this hotel if I were to return.

Currently travelling Costa de Sol back to Eurostar in 5 days time.
Check in went well, nice room with a bath which David loves.. Went out for dinner, as the restaurant was filling up with workers as was evident by the number of vans in the carpark.. Whilst driving to the marina just outside the hotel were a group of boys 13/14 - a football team we presumed from their clothing.
On arrival back around 22.20 we filled the bath and then bed.. We had driven from Duquesa 600km away.. So needed a good night sleep..
Around 23.15 shouting, doors banging and running up and down the corridors started. Twice we went out, it was the foot ball boys. This noise went on for an hour, we tried contacting reception but no answer.. Eventually a teacher turned up.. It still took a while to get back to sleep.. 6am they start again..
When we checked out at 8.45am the receptionist didn't want to know and walked away from me when l said we wanted to complain, she fully understood what we were saying.. but was not interested... Shame, reasonable hotel but if customer service doesn't count why would you ever want to return..

We arrived by train from Valencia by taxi at the hotel about 8.30 pm and were told that we could not use the restaurant as it was for the other guests there for the football. Also the promo said it was close to the port and old part of city where the Roman ruins are. It is not, instead a 48 minute walk there. While t he room is comfortable we are very annoyed about this because we book close to the city centre and historical area. Bonny S.

next to the Highway, nearby the commercial mall you will find this hotel.
looks good and comfortable, restaurant is good, as well and not expensive.
but there is a but: Walls are so fine and doors bang so brutally that you cannot fall asleep till 1 Am. Wake-up at 7 Am thanks to your neighbours. And if you have lovers around your room you will know immediately.
breakfast is common/
good wifi connection.

We stayed at the hotel whilst touring Southern Spain for somewhere to stay. It was very clean, friendly, and warm (october).
We ate breakfast and evening meals every day, each was well worth the money. The staff were friendly and most helpful with my limited spanish!
Parking is free, and the hotel is very easy to get to.

If you have a car it is really ideal to stay here for a night while travelling to another place. Would not suggest it for someone who wants to visit Cartagena for a couple of days. There is a huge shopping centre just 3 kms away, so if interesting in shopping it's the place to be. It took us about 10 mins drive to the city centre. Clean hotel, very basic but it was enough for the 2 of us.

We paid 39 euros for a Saturday night here. We stayed on the fourth floor. The hotel was busy but we can see that during the week it is probably more business oriented because the area is quite industrial however it is very convenient to highway, although you can NOT hear it, and close to the carrafour and mall. We took the bus to Cartegena, 1.20 euro, stop is across from Toyota dealership, there is no bus stop sign but the bus stopped and he knew what we wanted. Took about 20 minutes with stops. We took a taxi back later, taxi was stopped near bus stop so was fortuitous, about 10 euros, plus a euro tip which made driver very happy. When you get off bus head towards he waterfront, the streets become pedestrian only and it is a fun experience to walk by the shops right down to the waterfront. The hotel was extremely quiet overnight. We selected two single beds which were pushed together, more room individually, than the traditional double. The rooms had safes and a mini fridge. On Sunday morning we drove into the city for breakfast, very quiet roads at 9-10 am, city was quiet at arrival but by 10:30 am was coming to life. Breakfast was offered at hotel but did not check it out.

No, I'm sorry, there isn't.
It is not a fridge, it is only a minibar. Also we have a vending machine in public areas.
The hotel offers buffet breakfast service from Monday to Sunday (8 euros/pax). You can find special rates with breakfast included in our website. If you need further info please contact us by phone or email. Thank you in advance,
