Regardless of the decor, which is not my favorite, seems like the hotel hasn't been paid attention for a while. Glasses where dirty, decor looks cheap and badly made, it just feels cheap and unattended. Location is good.

Vincii Via, subtly in the middle of Madrid that felt like Time Square in New York City. That's right, this hotel is so perfectly located....near several train stations on main lines that make even getting to the high speed train to Seville and other towns quite easy. Did I mention, it is also within walking distance of everywhere you want...

We had a room on the third floor with an extra bed for our son. The room service was poor- dirty cups etc were not picked and lay for 2 days as is, they forgot to keep towels and we had to ask for it, air conditioner did not work and the handyman spent a good 15-20 mins on repair...

Clean rooms and good breakfast with glutenfree options and with glutenfree bread (If you ask for it) Great roof terrace, but a bit expensive drinks. Service minded and helpful staff. The Hotel is centrally located on Gran Via and close to everything.

Stylish hotel, rooms are clean and spacious. Bathroom has all the amenities. The bar on the first floor is very trendy and not too expensive. The only negatives are the location as it is next door to the theatres and very busy high street, however just ask for a room on the higher floors and the chambermaids were very eager...

Just returned from a 5 night stay. Nice hotel on Gran Via, so convenient for shopping, restaurants etc. Room got very warm at night, but air con was quite noisy. Not quite as grand as the photos on the web make it look, but still very good. Very nice and helpful staff. Lovely breakfast with big selection and good quality...

Staying in Malasana

Neighbourhood Profile
Hip bars and galleries, independent theaters and music venues, young people with tattoos and funky hair, narrow winding streets — this is Malasaña. Near the center, Plaza Dos de Mayo is a gathering of friends outside bars, dog owners, artists under craft tents, and creative types with notebooks and sketchpads on the plaza’s benches. It may not be as neat and tidy as many other parts of the city, but this only adds to the Malasaña edge. Shops and bars here range from hippie-crunchy to upscale trendy, and on weekends, the streets are bustling around the clock as the nightlife progresses from dinner to bar to disco to late-night food. On the west side of the neighbourhood is the subdistrict called Conde Duque, named after a large pink fort in its center that has been converted into a cultural center for exhibitions and performances. Prettier yet just as edgy, this intimate corner of Malasaña is home to a young international community.
