Room was a bit tired and certainly not tailored to the actual guest. Lots of advertising materials but little useful information in the printed materials. Iron came without an ironing board. Just missing the touches that would make it worth the price.

Have no idea. Probably is hotel policy that you cannot adjust booking ones done.
