Nice hotel. The room was smaller than expected. The air condutioning tended to stop during the night. We preferred to go into Madrid city centre to dine out as we felt that we got a better deal. We feel that this hotel is better suited to business people and those who wish to stay away from the bright lights of...

This is a good hotel, decent rooms, nice breakfast, good for business trips, but far from the city centre. Be aware that line 1 from the metro is closed for maintenance until October an this is the line that goes in the centre. I had to go to chamartin every day (approx 25 min walk on a deadly heat) to...

The hotel had our room ready on time and the room was of a decent size. It is located in a not-so-exciting neighborhood. You can reach a tube/metro station within a 15 minute walk. (if you need to buy groceries etc, there is a small supermarket halfway towards the tube station). While I am quite happy with the room, internet...

We found Hotel Nuevo was a great place to stay as we were right in the heart of Madrid so we were able to walk to all the attractions we wanted to visit. We were also in a very central part to watch the processions for Semana Santa.

We visited Madrid a couple of weeks ago and we chose this hotel because it is close to Chamartin Train Station. The hotel is well maintained and the staff is very friendly. Breakfast buffet is excellent. If I have to mention something negative, is that is the closest bus station is two blocks away.

Stayed for a concert at Bernebau, rooms ok tho no kettle and fridge didn't work, motorway outside for the view, bathroom ok with bidet and good shower, breakfast arrangement flexible, you can opt for coffee and pastries for 6 euros if you prefer not to have the full thing. 15 mins walking to supermarket and further to metro. Also given...

We stayed at Nuevo Madrid Hotel from Thursday to Monday on May 2016. We had tickets for Bruce Springsteen in Madrid and we took a few days off to be in the city again. We didn't book the hotel directly because we bought a package with concert tickets + hotel via a Springsteen fan club. However, the hotel is nice....
