I had read some very good reviews about this hotel and booked with them directly on that basis. I'm happy to say, it eaasily lived up to its reputation. Staff were very friendly, hotel is lovely and location is great. If/when I return to Madrid, this is where I would stay.
The hotel itself is 5 mins walk from Grand Via and easily walkable to all of the locations in the city centre, yet it is on a nice quiet street. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
Rooms and the hotel generally are decorated very well and the covered 'courtyards' where breakfast is served is photogenic - very interesting and attractive mirrored and backlit panelling. Breakfast is first class with almost too much choice - and on request, a good selection of hot courses are brought to your table. Breakfast is also served 7:00 to 11:00 am which I think is unusually long at least compared to the UK; ideal both for early risers (particularly to catch a flight on the check out day!) or for late risers.
From the airport, it's about 20 - 30 mins depending on traffic. However, it was a flat €33 either way in a taxi regardless (Sep 24). That seems very good as the alternative bus route seems ok but long and the metro/C line looks a bit complicated for the unfamiliar.
I thought the aircon was rather good. Unlike some, it was easy to set the temperature and the system responded quite quickly. At night, the system seems to go into 'quiet mode' so almost silent but still seems to keep the room cool. Brilliant.
Beds were very comfortable and room facilities were all good. There was only a shower which was fine for us. Not sure if other rooms might have a bath for those who prefer longer soaks.
Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay in Madrid at the Only you Boutique Hotel.
When you arrive, you are greeted directly at the entrance and accompanied to the reception. We were able to move into our room in the morning without any problems.
The whole hotel has a lovingly designed, elegant interior with many small details in the decor. Some of the hotel restaurants even have pictures on display. A special feature: the inner courtyards of the building have been redesigned (including into an area for breakfast) and bring a lot of light and a nice atmosphere into the hotel
Our room had a large double bed with a continuous mattress and a large blanket. Even though I personally prefer separate mattresses, that wasn't a problem. A second blanket could have been provided on request, but it wasn't necessary.
The bathroom was equipped with a beautiful large rain shower and a free-standing bathtub. In addition to the usual hairdryer, there was a hair straightener. My personal highlight: the bathrobe was designed in a giraffe look.
The breakfast buffet was open until 11 a.m. every day, but those who had booked breakfast included could also eat it a la carte afterwards. You could order breakfast until 11pm (!). Both tasted great. On Sunday, the buffet even included a whole freshly sliced Serrano ham.
The staff was very attentive and gave us the feeling of special, personal hospitality from start to finish.
Especially on special occasions: the staff will inform you about your personal preferences. They happily try to fulfill wishes and exceed expectations or create a "wow effect". During our visit, for example, a lunch menu was put together for us personally. I can only recommend the hotel.
You should also know: The hotel is in a really good location, you can get everywhere easily, for shopping, eating and partying. But that also means: It can be quite loud in the evenings.

The hotel is in a very central location with easy Walking access to all the main attractions in Madrid. The decor in the hotel was stunning. Our room was extremely pleasant with very comfortable beds quality linen and towels and Many small extras such as shaving kit and travel toothbrush as standard . The 24hour breakfast service was excellent With a wide variety of quality foods to choose from. The hotel had a great vibe to it but it’s most important feature was the wonderful staff Who were so accommodating and friendly and made our stay a very memorable one. One of the hipper hotels in Madrid at the moment, it has a good atmosphere and the interior architect has really delivered a top performance. Breakfast is available 24/7 so no stress, you can order your eggs at any time of the day. There is also a buffet until 11 am where a lot of creativity is again added. The room (suite) was spacious and equipped with everything you need, you only notice very little pressure in the shower in the morning when everyone is probably showering. Bars and restaurants are also all nice and cozy, if you still feel like having a soft ice cream, you can grab it at the reception before you go to your room.

We celebrated our daughter's baptism in the hotel's dining room and everything was perfect. Ana helped us a lot with organizing the ceremony and the family meal we had at the hotel. Everything went very well, the staff was very nice and attentive to our needs. The dish room was very well decorated; It is ideal for organizing business or family lunches/dinners. We strongly recommend that you contact them if you wish to hold an event in the center of Madrid.

The Only You Boutique Hotel is exceptional and the highly positive reviews on here are very accurate in our experience. My wife and I returned yesterday from a 4 night stay and can highly recommend, without reservation, this stylish, charming, friendly and very professional hotel.
It is ideally located for seeing Madrid's highlights; we walked everywhere in this interesting and vibrant city such is the convenience of the Only You's location. We arrived late afternoon after a long day's travelling from Antartica and were met with a very friendly, efficient and extremely helpful check-in so we were in our room within a few minutes of arriving, shortly followed by our luggage. It was effortless and just what we needed.
The premium room we booked was comfortable, well appointed and plenty big enough. We ate in the hotel restaurant on our 2nd night and thoroughly enjoyed it. The food is interesting, beautifully cooked and served and good value; a very high standard indeed. The restaurant is a calm oasis of elegance and style and the atmosphere relaxed and warm. We had booked other restaurants for the remainder of our trip otherwise we would have liked to eat here again. There is also a casual cafe which was equally great and breakfast was superb.
We were looked after at every turn with unfailing courtesy and great generosity of spirit, friendly smiles and quiet professionalism.
Madrid too is a wonderful and welcoming city with much to see and excellent restaurants to enjoy, although you need to make reservations in advance for the better ones. We thought those were sophisticated with lovely food and wine and cheaper than those of a comparable standard in London.

We were at the Only YOU boutique hotel for four nights leading up to and through our daughter’s wedding. The hotel housed all of our family (in four rooms) and hosted our welcome dinner for 100 guests. The hotel is beautifully appointed and the staff is simply superb. A booking snafu was quickly resolved. Everyone was treated like royalty and every detail (from water bottles in room, to gummy candies in lobby, to an absolutely perfect breakfast every day) was attended to gracefully. We recommend this place without reservation and eagerly look forward to the next time we are in Madrid. We won’t have to think about where to stay.

Like most hotels, it’s 4pm although early check-in happens depending on how busy they are the night before; the type of room you reserve, and other matters over which you have no control. Don’t plan on it without paying for an extra night
