It was a very simple room, but very clean!!! Unfortunately we found no English speaking host, it was very difficult to get proper information regarding key and house rules!!! Location is really good, and it wasn't noise considering centre of Madrid .

By mistake we entered this hostel, we had a reservation with another hostel. When we discovered this after 5 minutes the very aggressive female owner didn't want to return our 50 euros and kept shouting. We tried to explain that we had a reservation downstairs...More
