I've spent 2nights at the Ibis Budget Las Ventas and I highly recommend it. If you travel for work as often as I do, the accomodation represents a great deal of your trip. This hotel was just right: great location and very comfortable. Rooms are tidy and very clean, staff extremely helpful and present. Special mention to the front desk...

Good place to stay for a weekend. Pretty close to metro station an city centre. Neighbourhood is quiet, don't hear any noise from the street. I reccomended this hotel for couples or mothers with daughters.

We first mistakenly thought the hotel was near Ventas tube station. It isn't! Its near El Carmen metro station. The hotel is very clean and cheap. Beds were made up daily and the room cleaned. We did not take up the offer of having breakfast at the hotel as there are many other places with better choice of food, especially...

For the price, this was one of the best hotels we stayed at while we were in Spain. The location is great, close to the El Carmen metro station and a 5 - 7 min walk to Las Ventas Metro which is near the Plaza de Toros, We paid 4.50 euros each per day for the breakfast which was easy...

We paid about 220 euros for 5 nights here. The metro station is 1 minute away and it has a direct line to the city center. We mostly walked though to the main attractions, 40-60 min. The rooms are very clean and the staff very friendly. We couldn't wish for anything else at this cost.

Had a great weekend in Madrid. Very basic hotel, you get what you pay for but clean and near tube stop. No nice cafes etc in vicinity so travel to everything. Amazing receptionist (man with glasses!) who was so helpful in all ways and helped me get my phone back I left in the taxi. Thanks so much.

Smallish room, bed ok, wifi good.40 euros a night (its cheaper than the standard rate if you join the Ibis site) Breakfast..... toast, croissants, pain au cocolate, butter jams and honey, cereals, yogurt, fruit, tea and coffee (coffee was pretty weak and tasteless). Not worth 4.50 euros. Don't bother, plenty of bars and cafes on Calle de Alcala, cheaper and...

I stayed here for a week and the hotel was very clean, with helpful staff and next to the metro. Location perfect for tasting local cuisine with no tourists at all. The only negative was that the sink was in the room so I was waking up my partner every morning as I like to wake up early.

Stayed on a Saturday and it was raining. A lot. I was tired after a messy trip from the Airport. Ventas metro might be close by but it's not the best served for direct airport journeys, I will look around next time. Reception was helpful enough for what I needed and spoke English. Room was clean and dark (courtyard view...
