Stayed here before flying to Thailand. We chose this hotel for the free parking and WiFi. Due to our chosen restaurant being closed on aa Monday, we ate in the hotel and the set menu at €15 was fine. The best part for me was that the we were allowed to bring our own wine. Good value, clean and pleasant...

I used this hotel many times and every time it got worse and worse. Finally last week when I came they gave me unacceptable room and when I complained they moved me up and down with all my luggage to even more terrible rooms. Finally when I already extremely complained a young boy at the reception yelled at mi and...

Stayed here to visit Madrid, lovely hotel complex and excellent staff, rooms spacious and very clean , we overlooked the swimming pool area really nice, the hotel is set outside Madrid in a very quiet location, breakfast buffet was an excellent selection, and evening meal set menu was stunning , food to a high standard. We used public transport from...

Eurostars Zarzuela Park hotel is not so bad in terms of room cleanliness and comfort. Also, location is good; 10-15 minutes from center and business district. If you are planning for business trip, it should be good choice as price for room is reasonable.

PROS: Breakfast was very good, extensive. Dinner was very good but the restaurant was dirty and the service mediocre. Close to the airport but build in some time for traffic. CONS:The room needs remodeling, the floor was peeling, the shower did not drain well, outdated, no business center (had to email my boarding tickets to the front desk to print),...

my wife and I have stayed at this hotel several times. It has free undercover parking which is a big plus for a capital city. Location wise you can catch a bus outside the hotel about 10 mins followed by a short underground trip 5 mins and you are in the centre of Madrid. Madrid has a good road network...

Stayed here 1 night during my last business rip to Madrid. Hotel is a basic business hotel with things you need but not more. Biggest downside was the German and Japanese tourist groups in the breakfast area. That is not really something you want in the early morning.

We stayed one night here when visiting Madrid last year. The hotel is perfect, the rooms are nice and spacious, and ours had views to the garden area, which is quite nice. The shower was perfect as well. All in all, very good stay and worth its value.

Been with my girlfriend at the end of January 16, 4 nights holiday. The hotel is quite far away from the centre(we spent 4€ each time going to the centre and another 4€ coming back), services are basic, bathroom clean but quite old.The most horrible part is the bed, the mattress was so hard that we woke up every day with...

My wife and I visited the hotel on 14th January for 1 nights stay whilst visiting the nearby Hospital Nisa. We found the staff and facilities welcoming. The Menu of the day for €15 each appeared good value. The breakfast buffet whilst very various looked good we were disappointed with the hot food option which at best only just warm...

“ground floor rooms have terraces and direct access to the pool. When looking from the pool, the left side building will have shade in the morning but sun in the afternoon, the right hand building will have the contrary. In Madrid during summer, better to have sun in the morning than the afternoon.”
