We are a hybrid: the best of a 4 star hotel with the atmosphere and authenticity of a hostel. We have private, family and shared rooms. And a fantastic restaurant for your breakfast, dinner or even the first drink of the night. All our rooms, of course, have private bathrooms. We are less than 50 meters from Atocha station, so we are a perfect solution if you arrive in Madrid by train.

Pro: Very good place to stay for a short time. Very fresh breakfast with several options to eat. Comfortable beds and very little noise, being that it is next to a busy road. Because it is new, it is very well decorated and well maintained. Very close to public transport and the Atocha train station. Recommended for people who travel by subway or commuter trains.
Con: Being a hostel, you have nowhere to cook or store food. Little incentive to meet other guests or go on hikes.

Very good basic hotel. We stayed for one night between travelling from Barcelona to Malaga. None of the extra luxuries you find in 4 and 5 star hotels but good size double room and very clean. Excellent breakfast and very convenient for the railway station. Happy to highly recommend. Excellent value.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Private 3 person room, spacious and the fold out lounge was very easy to fold out. Also loved having a small balcony. Only downside is the doors for the shower and toilet are almost see through and very thin so there is no sound proofing. Hope you are close with your friends haha.

Room Tip: Careful of the hooks in the storage locker, I ripped my bag.

This hostel, in addition to the shared rooms, has private rooms with their own bathroom for 1 or 2 people. The price of the private ones is the price of a room in a 4-star hotel, so innocently I expected it to have some comfort.
A double room/1 night cost 176 euros, the room had no minibar, no glasses to brush your teeth, no type of toiletries (shower cap, etc.) there was no room service, not even a telephone with reception. And to top it all off, when I asked them to keep my suitcase for a few hours, they wanted to charge me for this service.

The concept of “Hostel” only applies to the limited services, not the prices, very similar to the 4-star hotels in the area.
Unlike these establishments, customer service is minimal. We paid more than 200 euros per night and, yet, they have not cleaned our room during the days of our stay, they have charged us for our suitcase lockers at market price on the first and last day, they have not offered us blankets Despite the cold in the room, breakfast was very poor, as was the New Year's Eve dinner. To make matters worse, the room was delivered at 3:30 p.m. but we had to return it at 11:00 a.m., more than 4 hours apart!
In general, it is not worth it for those prices-services. Not recommendable.

We were guests with two upper classes and had a great time. The hostel is clean and very nice.
The rules of the structure (no noise in the rooms and corridors, no smoking and alcohol in the rooms) were a useful support.
In case of disturbance the staff intervenes.
There are common areas where the kids can spend time together and in the evening there are sometimes small events in the common room (live music...).
Close to all museums, 25 minutes from Plaza Mayor.

disgusting
Very bad service, staff is obnoxious, food is served poorly, one night I found myself eating in my tiny room for 8 people. The 'hygiene is very poor, there are no tables for eating, the balcony does not open. Very bad experience I would not recommend it to anyone

Easy check in. Spotlessly clean room. Very comfy beds and pillows and nice toiletries. Breakfast was delicious and a selection of gluten free items were available. There was a programme of activities for anyone who wanted to connect with other travellers. 3 minutes walk from Atocha train station.

+1
We were 2 adults and a girl in a triple room with a double bed and a bunk bed. The hostel is new and is very cozy. The breakfast was very complete and the staff was very friendly and helpful, from reception, waiters…
The location is great if you come and go from Atocha, it is next door.

Stayed as a family of two couples in early fifties, in a 4-bed room with en suite bathroom. Ticked all the boxes for us. Fantastic rooms. The beds were luxury and cleanliness defined! Best part is, they had handles on the walls to make it easier to climb for the upper bunk beds.
Great location, close to the metro and Madrid Atocha railway station. Walking distance from the museums and other sights. Friendly and helpful staff. Great security. They don’t have a kitchen but there are tons of budget eateries nearby.
