The rooms were bigger than I thought they would be. Very handy for the metro, and 10min walk to the Toledo. Rooms were clean, with safe, kettle, hair drier, free wi fi, staff were friendly. We stayed 3nights with breakfast, which was good. Our overall experience was good and would recommend this hotel.

The hotel itself is a bit dated with old decor, however it was well presented and clean. Staff was helpful. Location beside not being very central has access both to the light train and underground which can take you whenever you want. There isn't a lot of amenities around. Probably would is more suitable for business trips.

This hotel is located very close to metro and Cercanias, connecting airport and city is the line C1. This location is also connected with Madrid Metro station Piramidas. The rooms are clean, neat and less spacious. Food at breakfast is good, no much variety but what is offered were good and tasty. The Train ticket to Airport from this place...

Room was very clean and comfortable and great position right next to Piramides train station (underground so no worries about noise). However, Wifi is the worst I have ever experienced. As a foreign business visitor I really needed this but I was getting frequently disconnected and the speed when connected was terrible (0.06 Mbps download, 0.31 Mbps upload). Complained to...

Stayed a couple of nights in Holiday Inn Piramides. The best of this hotel is the location. Near Puerta de Toledo, gives you walking access to the main areas in the city center. The room was big and the Wi-Fi worked OK. Even if the hotel is near a street with heavy traffic, the sound is very good isolated so...

I stayed at this hotel for one night. It was comfortable and clean. With pleasant staff who were most helpful at the time as I had a problem with my booking ( my fault ) which they sorted out for me. I will stay again.

Yes the metro exit is right outside the hotel front door but there is only line 5 and the Cercanias, which doesn't run often after dark and only every 30 minutes the the airport. If you are looking for a place with easy access to airport you are better off staying somewhere north of the city. The facility is very...

Stayed here on a a Madrid city break and was more than happy. Excellent transportation links with the airport only a €2.50 and 30 min trip away and busses and the Metro no more than 10 minutes walk. The staff were friendly but didn't speak much English, the room were clean well laid out with a safe, TV and fride....

This hotel has a superb location at piramides metro/ renfe station. However it really is quite dated. The rooms are fine but decor is stuck in 90's and needs updating. Staff delightful on check in. Bathrooms are spacious and very well appointed.
