I only stayed for one night however would have been delighted to stay longer. The staff are wonderfully friendly, helpful and proud of their hotel. The hotel is very refreshing with a clean and trendy feel and they offer you those "extras" that make you feel like you are staying somewhere special but with a price tag of 1/2 what...

Ok, this is not city center, but for those who don't mind taking the metro for 8-9 stops and prefer a quiet environment, this is a great find. Walk to Metro is 5 mins. Price-value relationship is excellent, the hotel is quite new and nicely decorated. Staff was very friendly and attentive and the owners of the hotel have obviously...

A real "find" to make our family trip to Madrid totally enjoyable. Spacious, quiet rooms with very comfortable bedding for resting and inviting, warm and open space for visiting and relaxation. Artiem has it all. The breakfast buffet, free comfort food and drink and the personalized notes from staff make this an excellent choice. We like being in a neighborhood,...

Had a thoroughly enjoyable stay in Aug 2016. Artiem is a clean and 'green' hotel with spotless, well-appointed rooms and a casual, laid-back hotel lounge which is not only a great place to hang out but also has a free, 24-hour 'help yourself' selection of beverages (including beer...) and small food items - rather like having your own fridge at...

Enjoyed absolutely everything about this hotel, 15mins/30€ by taxi from the airport in a slightly dodgy looking neighbourhood! The interior is bright and airy, there is plenty of space everywhere, the rooms are the same, everything has a slightly minimalist feel to it. The service is very personalised, we had a little hand written note welcoming us and another one...

We originally booked for four nights back in July and ended up staying for one night. On the evening of 31/12 at the Hotel Artiem and the morning of 01/01, we noticed a substantial amount of noise in our room as we attempted to sleep, likely from the staircase and elevator next door and what sounded like constantly moving furniture...

My family booked two rooms for one night because of the hotel position between the airport and train station, and because I had read such good reviews - they were not wrong! It was SUCH a pleasure to stay here; the hotel is new and the rooms are spacious. The linens and towels are thick and soft, the beds and...

Although the hotel is a little far from Madrid downtown, the service is very good. Big rooms. They do not have restaurant but offer brunch services just like in the airport lounges, so you just go and grab what you like.

This hotel is an oasis - it has an incredibly welcome atmosphere with helpful staff and an area where you can get snacks, drinks at any time of the day. Located in a pleasant residential part of Madrid it has easy access by metro to the centre of Madrid - Sol and the museums like the Prado and also very...
