Good choice to spend or or 2 nights to take your connecting flight. The scheduke pick up and drop off to airport for you. Room is very small but as I said for just 1 or 2 nights it works. Anyone can access to room hallways, lifts or elevators dont have the security of many hotels where it only works if you pit your room key card, on this hotel anyone can access to rooms hallways.

We stayed 6 nights at quite expensive rates cause of Fitur.
Very nice and friendly staff, good breakfast.
Rooms too hot and difficult to reduce the heath (January 5° celcius outside)
No toilet brush, small slippery bath tubs in stead a real shower.
Ok hotel but only the service was 4 stars.

Dear Bearchef, Thank you very much for your review. We are re-calibrating the thermostats in order to make them work properly. We are planning to change the bath tubs in this quarter, so we will be having rooms with shower instead. It will be beautiful. Thanks for the comments on the service. I´ll share it with them, because they work really hard and they will appreciate them. Once again, thank you. We hope to have the oportunity to serve you again in the near future. Regards, DSM - Director

I've been working in the hotel for the last few weeks, and the dinning service has been great. The food is good and the waiters and waitresses are very friendly and helpful, and make an effort to speak English with us, especially Yolanda. I definitely recommend it.

The hotel is lovely and clean. The room was a good size and the bed was really comfy. Location was good as the airport was about a 5-10 minute drive away costing €20 in a taxi. Upon checkout we found out the hotel offered a free shuttle to the airport which was really good! The location was also good as the metro station was about a 3 minute walk away. (The metro was amazingly easy and convenient and also very clean). We can’t say much about the hotel facilities as we didn’t eat there or use the gym etc. We were very disappointed that the pool and sun lounge area was closed after finding out it’s only available in the summer season. We traveled here in September and it was really really warm so it would’ve been nice to have that facility. Really unhappy about that as it was one of the only reasons I chose to stay at this hotel - to use the sun loungers. Staff were okay. 2 staff members were nice and helpful, a lady with dark hair and a man with dark hair. Everyone else we interacted with were not very nice. They came across rude and irritated. For example, we requested an iron as the room didn’t have one and it took about half an hour to get it to us. When it finally arrived by a female staff member, she didn’t even look at me and just shoved it to me? Really really rude. Also the iron leaked everywhere. The shower was broken as it hung down. We didn’t bother to report as some members of staff make you feel like you’re asking to much of them. We wouldn’t stay here again as I wouldn’t want to go back to Madrid. A lovely city but found absolutely everything to be underwhelming. People are quite rude and they reminded me of people in Paris.

Dear Aimeed968 Thank you for your feedback and comments. The pool is only open from mid-June to mid-September, which is the summer season. As for your comments about the staff we take note to take appropriate action. As for maintenance, we have taken note of the incidents to solve them. We would appreciate it if you would give us the opportunity to accommodate you again in our hotel. Best regards. Guest Relations Manager

Nice hotel, if amenities are open and the staff are willing to help.
Our experience was soured by a unique experience whereby we booked the hotel solely for the pool/sunbeds available and turned up to find the pool was closed (despite the hotel confirming it would be open when we booked...). Honesty, would be a basic expectation when booking any establishment...
When explaining the above to reception, alongside the fact that we chose this hotel (that is 5-7km from the centre) for the pool during our short stay, we were essentially met with no response other than "it's closed." The staff couldn't even muster an apology. Even a reason why the pool was closed would've been appreciated, but that seemed to be too much hassle for the disinterested staff.
The rooms are basic, but spacious and the cleaning staff do a great job daily. Lack of any basic tea or coffee making facilities is odd and a slight annoyance. The breakfast and garden bar staff are also very attentive and helpful. We ate one evening at the hotel, but wouldn't recommend the food. The drinks however were cold, refreshing and reasonably priced. Breakfast is also varied, with a few hot items available.
The hotel appeared understaffed in the front of house as you'd regularly have to saunter around the hotel to fulfill your own basic requests (finding and obtaining a towel or toilet paper) rather than the hotel staff providing assistance. The shuttle was also replaced by the hotel ordering you a taxi, however this caused minimal disruption and was handled well.
Ultimately, our stay was poor value and in hindsight we will avoid Sercotel and book more central (for much less!) in future. Ok hotel if you need to be close to the airport/Metro line 5.

Stayed here for 2 nights, checking-out on the 16th. The hotel is fantastically placed on C. de Alcalá, a short drive from the airport and close to many local amenities. The hotel is clean and welcoming with an immediate view out onto the sun soaked decked bar and pool area as you walk in.
The staff were very polite and helpful, and when we asked abought breakfast for the morning, we were informed that it didn't matter that we hadn't booked in advance and the breakfast itself was really really good, with a mix of continental, cereals, bacon/egg/tomatoes plus small pastries. Honestly one of the best breakfasts I've had.
The room (208) was a double, which was a pleasant size and we had a view out onto the street, which was surprisingly quiet even staying over a weekend. Beds were very comfy and relaxing. Ample plug sockets and good air-conditioning.
The only upset I had was that left my small silver chain with cross on the side in my speed to pack, I phoned up as soon as I landed back into the UK (just gone 3pm) to see if the room had been cleaned and the cross found, the lady on the phone asked me to call back tomorrow (Monday 17th) as the House Keeper wasn't in. I really hope it has been found, as I've had it over 20yrs and it's of great sentimental value.

Stayed here many times to visit family living nearby. Always well looked after so have returned on several occasions. Staff are very friendly and usually very attentive.
However, disappointed this time because in our room the makeup / shaving mirror was broken and missing and the shower head was held on to the arm by a rubber band!
We reported the faults, noted by reception and staff promised to make good the faults.
Unfortunately, this didn’t happen - very disappointing and just not good enough.

We are just back from a great holiday here. The interiors are beautiful, the pool is fabulous, everything is pristine and clean, snack bar offers lovely pizzas and tapas . There is a free shuttle to and from airport. Our flight was late in, shuttle had ended and we were refunded the fee by receptionist. The staff are some of the best I've come across. There is a lot of staff and each and everyone of them are kind, friendly and very good at their jobs. Special mention to Daira & Ceasar at the pool bar who looked after us every day and were so friendly. The hotel is in a busy area, lots of restaurant on that street including burger king and pizza express. Athletico Madrid stadium is 1.6km from here. Metro on the same road also. Taxi to city is 30 mins and was around 25 euro or the two of us. We will certainly be back.

We booked a 5 night holiday via TUI and this hotel did not disappoint. I read the reviews before booking and opted for the bed and breakfast option. Both the room and breakfast were excellent - we didn’t experience any food shortages at breakfast that some travellers have noted and generally went for breakfast at 9:15am (it finished at 10am). There was a large selection of meats, pastries, cheese and cooked food with coffee, tea and juice - delicious and freshly prepared.
The staff are friendly and helpful, although it should be noted that not all staff speak English, so it’s worth brushing up on your Spanish before your arrival.
The pool was immaculately clean and manned by a life guard. Although small, it was never too busy and there was always plenty of space to relax with a cold drink which was purchased from the outside bar.
The room was cleaned and towels replaced every day and there is air conditioning throughout the hotel.
We ordered room service one night and although it took nearly an hour to arrive the quality of the food is second to none - definitely worth waiting for.
To summarise, this hotel is a gem of a find. Clean, comfortable, warm and welcoming. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending it.

Hi. Usually hotels and other accommodation need an original ID, not a photocopy (presumably if you're a non-resident you'll have traveled to Spain using either a passport or national ID card - either of those would be accepted). Also, take the same credit card you used to make the booking (if you booked online). Enjoy your stay - it's a nice hotel.
We didn’t book it, but when we were at the hotel ready to leave. The hotel just rang the taxi and paid for it for us to take us to the airport
I don't suppose you have found anything out regarding this? I have seen in many places it's free but I'm now starting to think it's not. We are arriving on Sunday!
