Stayed at the Barajas Best Western the night before our departure from Madrid. A short walk to the Metro and free shuttle to the airport every 30 mins makes this a very convenient stay. Small, but nice room, friendly staff, free wi-fi and a very reasonable price all a plus, too.

Had few hours of layover so decided to take BW for some sleep. Shuttle service was very efficient, the ride is about 10 minutes. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very small with a single bed and tiny bathroom. It is good inexpensive options if you want to rest for few hours

Call to get the shuttle to pick you up, very efficient. Good clean rooms and nice simple breakfast. Perfect for the price.

Picked up by hotel shuttle at airport and taken directly to hotel. We had a clean comfortable room with ensuite facilities. The breakfast had a good selection. Close to Metro to travel to centre!

My flight was delayed and it was nearly 1 am when I arrived by taxi ( about 20 euros), as the free shuttle bus had stopped running for the night. I was warmly welcomed and given the key to a quiet, spotlessly clean room with good air con and a comfortable bed. What more could I ask? The next morning...

We had come from Crimea with a change of planes in Istanbul before arriving in Madrid planning to spend the night prior to our flight the next day to Brazil. The taxi driver from the airport was angry due to the short distance we traveled. We were unable to call the hotel for a pick up but now know how...

We got the shuttle at the airport. You MUST HAVE to call the hotel, otherwise they are not passing by the airport. We waited for about 40 minutes after calling the hotel at the stop for shuttles, where there was not shadow and the temperature was around 33C (90F). I was very upset but the friendly staff, the comfortable beds...

Staff were great, super kind and friendly. Rooms very simple, small, very clean and with working wifi. Breakfast, very good and complete, buffet style. A great hotel to spend a night if you have...

Stayed at this hotel 6th May then again 14th May (before and after our holiday), could not fault it for location, cleanliness and price. 77 euros for a room for 2 with breakfast (including some cooked food), free shuttle bus to and from the airport which is only minutes away. All of the staff we encountered spoke English and we...

Stayed there for 2 nights in a triple room (2 singles and a sofa) with two friends. We have booked the hotels due to the proximity to the airport, where we had some bussines on May 1st. The room was good enough for the 3 of us, clean and quiet. We had a plumbing problem on our first night (flooded...
