Stayed in the hotel for 2 nights during a sightseeing trip. In the hotel we only had breakfast and spent the night, for this it is quite suitable. The hotel has good breakfast (standard set: omelet, sausages, etc.),

If you are looking for a hotel that is the base for a coach tour or just for a one or two night stay, this is the place for you. We used the Praga as a one-night stopover to train to San Sebastian and to leave our major baggage here. When we returned, it was also the base for

Service at the reception is just acceptable and that is the story here. Tiny, slow elevators with doors that close just when you check what’s wrong (and then open again...). They do their work grudgingly. Room is OK as is the bathroom. Bed OK as well. Difficult to influence the

This large hotel is used a lot by international coach tours. The lobby is generally occupied by groups checking in or out, particularly in the morning or late afternoon. This works well if you are part of a tour party as the staff have good systems in place to move people

A great hotel. Nice staff, very clean, good location. Rooms are a good size with everything you could need. Metro line is 10mins walk. Lots of shops, cafes and bars nearby. Close to walk along river. Bus stop straight outside for bus into city centre.

do not. you must go to the atocha station which is 25 minutes walking or 7 by taxi and from there you have metro, bus and train. probably the hotel can also provide the transfer to the airport

On the website nothing is mentioned about free luggage storage. Better to call / email and ask as you don't want a shock on arrival. They may have it for all I know. I think there are luggage storage options at the Atocha or airport for a day. At the Atocha they are located near the Burger King in the tropical part of the station. I assume the airport will have luggage storage but you have to pay. I don't think its that expensive compared to the headache of lugging around your luggage around Madrid. Hope it helps.

If you put your question on Google you will see there are so many places to find the Mango and Zara shops. I looked it up and found so many that it would be impossible for me to cut and paste all of them here. Which one is closest you can decide by looking at their website. There were over 20 stores all over for Mango alone. Just google: mango stores in Madrid and you will see what I mean

I doubt it. Else everyone will start using hotel kitchens. I believe you are planning to carry food packets. You can always heat them in the hot water in the bathroom.
