Hotel was cheap but comfy and clean, it's located in nice part of town with good links to city centre, bars and lovely area near by the river for strolls. Decent size rooms, comfy beds, pleasant bathroom, tv, wifi and all that jazz. Room was located on 7th floor so i was hoping for nice view, but we were facing...

Very clean. Rooms are a little small. Nice Staff and good restaurant. Far from the central Madrid, have to grab a taxi or go in the Metro. But anything else was very good. The should put in the rooms the tours available, not only in the lobby area.

I stayed here as part of the Cosmos tour. Nice hotel, clean, basic, smiling and helpful staff. Breakfast is good. I would come back again. Area is good. Not very scenic but that's part of the experience. Stay where the locals live! There's a bus stop right outside. Bus no. 23 takes you to the city centre. It's the same...

Hotel is situated about 45 min walk out of town. Food and service at the hotel was average. Decor is outdated. Free wifi but unstable and patchy. Lifts are very rickety. I even got stuck in one! Not the best hotel to stay in I'm sure.

The hotel is located in a residential area away from the central tourist district. Bus stop located at the front of the hotel - bus number 23 takes you straight to Plaza Mayor in central Madrid (15-20 mins away). The Metro Station is about 10 minutes walk from the hotel and takes you to the center Puerta del Sol with...

Stayed here as part of Cosmos Tour Location - not walking distance from the center (where Plaza Mayor, Gran Via, Mercado de San Miguel, etc. are) BUT there is a taxi stand AND bus stop right outside the hotel. €1.50 bus to the center. There are also pharmacies, coffee shops, and restaurants right outside. Not close to the train though....

My spouse and I were in a group of 40 people with Cosmos tour and we came to this hotel on our first night in Madrid and also for the last two nights on our tour of Spain and Portugal. There were no delays in the check in as our tour director had our room keys once we arrived after...

There are 2 supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants, bakeries, fruit shops all within walking distance from the hotel. Really convenient to get around. Rooms are small and neat. The bus and metro are also nearby . Easy access. 15 minutes bus ride to town

Hotel was nice and neat. Location was fairly good. Most of the guests were from a touring group. Food was average. Coffee shops and grocery stories across the street. Only about 10 minutes cab ride to central city and about 15 minutes bus ride. Bus stops right in front of the hotel. WiFi was not very reliable. I would stay...

Well situated. It's busy place around the hotel. Buses to downtown stops right front. About a forty Euros from airport. Room was clean and comfortable. Tiny elevators but there are four. Breakfast was ok.
