This modern and efficient hotel was the perfect choice for a recent 3 night business trip and as our European HQ is only 15 min walk away I can see this will become a regular booking. Very friendly and helpful staff, a clean well fitted out and spacious Junior Suite room, with a separate 'meeting area' with sofa, plus very...

Even though it is up in the, access is easy and lots of good restaurants in the area. The room was ok, clean, bed to short for me, but only as I am 1.94m. Still it was comfortable and fairly quiet. Breakfast was ok but the hot food was cold egg and sausage. Selection is ok and enough. Unfortunately the...

The hotel is located right next to the Playa de Castilla metro, which serves 3 separate lines in and around Madrid, and also ideally located opposite the bus station and a 15 minute walk to Chamartin rail station. The rooms have a modern feel with wood flooring, whilst the breakfast buffet was fantastic with a choice of Spanish omelette, scrambled...

This place looked a bit 'tired'. I had a double room which was extremely spacy and it was clean. But there is a period in the life of a hotel between 'being in its prime' and 'ready for a refurbishing', and this hotel seemed to be right there. The hotel staff was maybe a bit disengaged. The breakfast was ok,...

Stayed here in Madrid for four nights as a surprise birthday present from my boyfriend and it's very fair to say, he's chosen well! The hotel is immaculate from the minute you walk in and smells gorgeous! You can actually buy the scent for your own home too which is very tempting I must say! The staff are lovely and...

Stayed in a twin room with my brother for a long weekend in Madrid and it was great. It's not in the city centre (Sol, plaza Mayor, etc.) but it's still a good location as it is right beside a metro station with a direct line to the city centre in less than 10 mins and it's also walking distance...

We stayed in Exe Plaza for a city trip in Madrid. The hotel location is ideal, next to Plaza de Castilla, metro and bus station. Bedding itself is good, rooms are functional and buffet breakfast ok, although not the same quality every day.

Recently stayed at Hotel EXE Plaza on a business trip to Madrid. In my opinion, the Hotel is well run by friendly staff. The room was clean with all the necessities. Breakfast was very good offering a wide range to get started for the day. I did notice that many of the guests were business related although some seemed to...
