Overall a good stay for the price paid. Location is excellent (across the street from a major metro station). Room was comfortable and clean. Service was prompt and friendly. My only negative is that the property says it has A/C but in the winter you only get hot air coming out of the vents.

Everything was ok during a two night stay. It was a great location for us, as we wanted something close to the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium. The metro station is right in front of the hotel so any destination in Madrid is accessible. There is also a bus terminal right in front of the hotel. The bed was very comfortable and...

This probably should not be your first choice if you are visiting Madrid solely for pleasure, as it is a fair distance from the traditional tourist areas. Having said that, across the street is a Metro station that will take you anywhere in the city for a small fare. The system is clean, safe and efficient. The hotel seems to...

This is a good choice for the business traveler. My room was small but very comfortable and had everything I needed. I especially appreciated the floor to ceiling glass and large window that actually opened! not like many city hotels that rely on aircon alone. I enjoyed my view from the 7th floor! Cleaning was good. The hotel is directly...

Arrive early if you want to eat otherwise be prepared to raid the mini-bar. This hotel is in great location if using metro is your thing, but for late night restaurants you will be out of luck. The hotel and staff did not disappoint and the room was clean and nice. The TV was too small for the room, but...

The rooms are very large with a good well thought out space for luggage. It is clean and the staff are very courteous. It is in a business district. You have to catch the taxi from the airport which costs 30 Euros. But the metro station is very close.

One night with work. Beautiful surroundings to work in. Scorching hot weather. The check-in is efficient and friendly. The room is nice and quiet with beautiful views. The shower I can't even remember so it must've been competent, breakfast was lovely, cold meat and cheese done really well, able to make a proper cup of tea, all a bit of...

Came to Madrid on business and was booked into the Castellana, well situated right by a bus station, and a half hour metro ride from the airport, cost 5 euros, or a 20 minute taxi ride. Neat and tidy reception area with a bar off of the reception area and a restaurant although I have not eaten in it as...

We stayed for 4 nights & extended to 5 as a long stopover in Madrid. Our room was very spacious which is great when travelling with 2 suitcases and hand luggage. There was ample space for both our bags in the entry to our room (I did put mine on the floor of the wardrobe) and there was an internal...

We visited this hotel as part of a mini roadtrip of Spain. We booked without checking how the car park was situated and was met with an underground carpark with a 1.8m height limit. Unfortunately we had a topbox on our car, so we exceeded this. Thankfully Irene on reception (who speaks excellent English) was able to tell us that,...
