A great hotel with very nice and special furniture and design, high level service, good breakfast. Will come again ! Staff was very polite and attended for every request. It is nice to visit a place that is not too crowded.

Stayed here for 1 night before arriving to the seaside town in the morning. Good breakfast with traditionally nice set of meals, served near hotel`s garden - so lovely place! For those who are interested hotel is situated near Santyago Bernabeu stadium. City center is in 15 minutes road by metro. Will definately chose this hotel again.

We picked this hotel because it was at Chamartin, but subsequently found Atocha station was better placed. Outwardly a regular, modern building but inside some really quirky stuff. The entrance door was taped up, not working. The rooms are immense suites in marble, but appear to have been furnished from junk shops. The bed was painfully hard, the air conditioning unfathomable,... More

We stayed here in march after deciding we would go and watch Real Madrid (2 or 3 stops on metro) we got there late and the staff were great. Very welcoming and tell you everything you need to know. The area itself around the hotel is what you would expect for a city of that size. Center of Madrid is... More

The rooms are very large with a separate lounge and bedroom area. The bathrooms array also spacious with a large bath and hairdryer provided. The beds were comfy and the whole room is decked out in Marble and wood. Not really to our taste but pleasant enough. The hotel was very clean and fresh towels were provided daily. The reception... the room was all in marble.. should be nice or what? but actually, since the time of year was the end of Summer, entering Autumn, it became so cold in the nights, but the heating system didn't work yet. So, it was cold to sleep even though i used all the blankets available.. the bed wasn't very comfortable either. And... More

I spend 3 nights here, I was in business and the best thing was the location of train station, 1 minuto on foot. There are no tourist interest nearby. The decor is oldfashion(didn't liked)

I stayed at this hotel on a two week business trip to Madrid. It is located in the northern part of the city. A few steps from the Chamartin train station. This hotel is not close to the tourist places, but two metro stations are just 3 minutes away (walking). I recommend this hotel for long stays. There are good... More

This is a wonderful all Suites hotel. All of the rooms are large and very well equipped. The decoration is also very special - overly ornate Spanish re-production antiques. If you are tired of cookie-cutter hotel rooms and don't mind being a little out of the way, Fox? 32 is a great value.
