Just enjoyed a weekend stay, well located, very quiet and clean, Efficient service. I liked the terrace an unexpected delight. I would use this hotel again. Only small problem the pop plug was faulty but hey not the end of the world!
This is a small hotel at a very good price with an excellent location near to Serrano and Velasquez. Small rooms but a very good price for them.
Atention was warm and courteous.

Staff not friendly at all (except one person at the Desk), NO AIR CONDITIONING (with an outside temperature of 26°C) so it was just impossible to sleep. Last but not least: beds and pillows are terrible. It wasn't my first stay in a NH, but...More

Broad, tree-lined avenues with pretty streetlights frame the neighbourhood of Barrio Salamanca. With beautiful condominium buildings that make up most blocks in this area, this part of town is refined and quiet. It is also host to a few of the city's large shopping avenues, including Calle Serrano and Calle Jose Ortega y Gasset. A walk down these streets will reveal upscale chains, small boutiques, and plenty of
opportunities for shopping or checking out the stylish displays. The locals here are polished and fashionable, the atmosphere is leisurely, and the lush Retiro Park on the southern border is yet another opportunity to enjoy the outdoors. A stroll through Barrio Salamanca is all about admiring the beautiful architecture, window-shopping, and people-watching in this upper-crust corner of Madrid.
