Location is very good (city center, metro is very close) but I agree with others that it is not a four-star hotel, not even one... I'd say it is more like a hostel. Very simple rooms, a bit of "retro" :) but anyway clean. Wi-fi is free - but not working. By having a shower - hot water needs plenty...

We have recently returned from a three day city break in Madrid and was unfortunate enough to have to stay at this hotel. Our friends rooms were not of a good standard, clean but that was about all. My room was the best as we ended up with a Junior Suite which contained a fridge and it was very clean...

We booked this hotel as part of a twin city break Valencia and Madrid. The hotel in Valencia was superb then we arrived at Madrid. Probably the most run down hotel I have ever had to stay in - ever!! I am baffled how it has a 4* rating its more like a hostel. There were parties of teenagers on...

Have just arrived back from a three day stay in this hotel. Could not have stayed any longer. Definitely not a 4 star hotel, more like a hostel. Full of teenagers on college trips. Do not stay in room 223, more like a prison cell with only a small window. Hotel very run down, marks on wallpaper and chips in...

This hotel is supposed to be 4 star, but it only rates a 1 from me. The hotel is popular with school groups and at breakfast it is over-run with groups of young people. I have been staying at hotels of varying quality for many years, and I can honestly say I have never had a worse breakfast! The scrambled...

Florida is in the centre, very close to everything. Room was with nice view one of the highest floors, city noise was loud but it was not my issue. There was lot of different choice of food but taste varies.

Probably deserved 4* in the 70s given its location and size, but does not anymore. Even 3* would be generous. Among the biggest flaws: - Ants plague. Ant all around the room, specially in the toilet. - Obsolete AC system. Controls were broken and it was very noisy. - New TV with a dazzling blue light very annoying when trying...

Good enough but the room tower confusing, the room not big enough for 2 persons but the toilet is tidy. The restaurant menu varies but the hotel location is in the crowded side of the city, it is easy to go anywhere but too noisy in the office hour

This hotel was probably wonderful in its day but it is in need of a serious update. Upon arrival we were given a room in the basement right next to the car park that had no window and smelt like a dead old lady had been living in it. It also had twin beds although according to our receipt we...

We stayed foe 3 night at the hotel. It is very run down. The staff is rude and unfriendly. When calling if you don't speak Spanish they hang up on you. The rooms are small. Bathrooms are very outdated. They do not offer shampoo only soap. Our room had cockroaches in the bathroom. There is no way to control the...
