This place is nothing close to what is depicted in the pictures and description. It is very small and cramped with all old amenities, dirty walls and the bedroom and bathroom can barely fit one person comfortably.

We were 3 adults (family), we got a 2 bedroom apartment, which seems to be recently renovated. The location is crazy good, 2 steps from La Rambla, Liceu metro station and just a couple of minutes to La Buqueria market and Plaza Catalunya.
should have read reviews. No way to get manager, rang entry bells until someone came. Unit not ready at 4:30- then had dirty walls and stained quilt. All upholstered furniture badly stained. Elevator not working-apt on 4th floor. Byo soap. Toilet
Paper provided thankfully.

Once a downtrodden corner of downtown Barcelona, this gritty area has seen a cultural resurgence boasting an excellent nightlife and one of the most multi ethnic spots in the entire city. A sense of humble authenticity protrudes from the many independent record stores, second hand shops, and student bars that seem to light up the streets day and night. The rocking epicenter, the MACBA Plaça, is a modern day
forum for bohemian youth, abuzz with the sights and sounds of late-night gatherings and talented skateboarders showing off their latest tricks.
