The room 407 in 4th floor should not be rented out during winter because it was way more cold in the room than outside. The room has 3 outer walls. And only one radiator for entire room and bathroom. SInce the room in quite spacious and the heating system only works for few hours during the day, the temperature in...

This hotel should be rated as a hostel. Room was so small suitcase could only be opened on bed. Tired facilities. Located well in a busy area. Way better rooms and value 5 minutes away by metro in Plaza de Espana. Staff was friendly and helpful but could not overcome room quality and size. Bath room was so small you...

The perfect choice for those who are interested in location and cleanness when they are traveling for a short time. It was exactly what I wanted and in good price. Not an atmosphere place or a luxury- just a place to have a good shower and a good nap, on a trip of exploration :)

A good hotel, reasonable price. Room cleaned & clean towels every day. Staff very friendly & helpful. Just a few steps off La Rambla so right in the centre of all the action. Would book again if I visit Barcelona again.

Stayed here for 4 nights, for the price it was very good, if you want to pay basic, get a comfy bed, clean room with en-suite in the middle of a popular area, then this is fine, but beware, it comes at a cost to your sleep, you hear the revellers until about 3-4am then the cleaners come around 4-6am...

Not high in star ratings but clean and great location, a budget Hotel. Just off Las Rambles, about half way along. Stayed two nights. Our room was sufficient for our needs of sleeping and bathing there. Helpful and pleasant staff. Would recommend staying here if you don't want to pay a packet for a Hotel. No facilities but everything is...

We lived at Hotel Ingles for 4 days in September. This was not our first time there - we stayed there about 8 years ago. Both times we liked it. Pros: • excellent location: It is located at Carrer de la Boqueria - 1 min walk to la Rambla at Metro Liceu, 15 min to Airport Bus Pickup Point at...

Pros: clean, basic, great location; right in the middle of gothic quarter and 2 min walk from las ramblas. Ladies on reception are super helpful and definitely assist with tours/local info and getting your bearings Cons: because this is a hotel where you can get 4 beds in one room it can feel a bit more like a hostel. Very...

Simple clean hotel in excellent vacation spot to get to major tourist places easily. Trouble was the wifi never worked. 10 days without wifi. We told the front desk every day, but our troubles went unnoticed. In August, so many places required you to get your tickets on-line so not having wifi made it a bit difficult. If the manager...

Management response:

Good morning : I apologize for the problem of access, all I can say is that we did everything possible so that the wifi not fail, even we put a formal request to the company's complaint because some days was not the hotel's fault , but of the company. So I apologize , hotel .
