The hotel is very nice, always clean, greatly located! The rooms arent the largest, but considering the star level, it is more than worthy, bathroom was modern and minimalist style, with all necessary amenities available. Very comfortable bed. Great breakfast, with loads of variety (hot rechaud options always changing from day today!), well displayed. The breakfast gentleman was always working...

The hotel has very modern furnishings - hard to believe its only 2 star. I did not try the breakfast so I cannot comment. We were there in April - the weather was good, not too hot. The room though did get quite humid during the day (the aircon did not work). The room also did not have a mirror...

Lovely hotel in walking distance of all main sights. Rooms were spotless and a nice size with lots of storage space. Staff were friendly and helpful. The only minor point was that breakfast was a bit disorganised which meant having to wait for cutlery, butter etc at times.

Very close to metro station and Airport buses. Near the city center. You can go many places by walking. Tidy rooms. A bit small but cleaning is good. Breakfast is adequate. Price is very reasonable. Staff is very helpful. Advicable.

The hotel has the potential to be a cheap awesome place to stay in Barcelona. When we first arrived, it was early in the morning, so they kept our bags for us for later when we could check in. That was great. When we finally checked in at a later time, we asked what time breakfast was, anticipating early enough...

I have stayed at this hotel on numerous occasions in previous years and have always thought it to be an excellent choice every time. My last stay, in January was the opposite. The hotel has recently been tastefully refurbished, however, for the first time I have experienced problems at night with their heating system. Approximately every 15 minutes, the heating...

Staying in Eixample

Neighbourhood Profile
Passing through the glorious Plaça Catalunya, you enter the newer city district of Eixample, literally translated as “extension,” which immediately becomes recognisable by its more spacious streets and elegant atmosphere. The main artery of this sizable district, Passeig de Gracia, is lined with high-end international designer stores. Not to be outdone, the glitz and glamour of this zone is perhaps best exemplified by the comfortable and lavish five-star hotels that flank the divine and modernistic buildings from some of the world’s most recognised architects such as Gaudi and Montaner.
