We stayed in the hotel for two nights and it was very quiet, the staff was very nice. Near the hotel there are a lot of bars, tapas, two metro stations, 15min far by foot from Passeig de Gracia and Sagrada Familia. Although our room was on the 2nd floor and by the road, we didn't hear any noise. Very...

We stayed here as a couple for 2 nights in early February. The hotel, staff and facilities were brilliant. The breakfast was exceptional and each member of staff went out their way to make our stay memorable and easy.

The hotel is accessible tp the aerobus from the airport with a little walking. It is very close to the Arc de Triompe, Sagrada Familia and Plaza Cataluna. The room is very modern and since Barcelona was very cold, they tended to check the room temperature which was great. The breakfast is a pleasure with so many food choices. Surprise...

Our stay was phenomenal. The staff (especially Sarah) quickly became our "surrogate" holiday family. Always available and always suggesting what we should see or where we should go next. One of the gentleman (I wish I remembered his name) made our Christmas dinner reservations at Neyras and he must have said something because our treatment was beyond our wildest dreams....

The location of the hotel is very good. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel design is very practical and nice. It is 10mn walking distance from Sagrada Familia. I recommend it for friends and couples (not on honeymoon), although the couple rooms are upgraded with bathrobes and espresso machine.

On arrival I found the reception staff to be cold and a little snooty. The rooms were clean and modern, practical and suited the purpose given what we paid. The toiletries were nice. We arrived quite late on the first night so ate in the bar/cafeteria. The food was quirky, but super cheap. Bright lights made it feel a little...

Staying in Eixample

Neighbourhood Profile
Eixample
Passing through the glorious Plaça Catalunya, you enter the newer city district of Eixample, literally translated as “extension,” which immediately becomes recognisable by its more spacious streets and elegant atmosphere. The main artery of this sizable district, Passeig de Gracia, is lined with high-end international designer stores. Not to be outdone, the glitz and glamour of this zone is perhaps best exemplified by the comfortable and lavish five-star hotels that flank the divine and modernistic buildings from some of the world’s most recognised architects such as Gaudi and Montaner.
