We were greeted by friendly staff-those we worked with all spoke very good English. They allowed us to check in an hour early as our room was available. We were welcomed back each time we returned to the hotel from our days outing.
Very neat and clean, helpful staff, good breakfast, very good location, room big enough for triple sharing. Only drawback is no water kattle for making tea in room. Departmentel store next door. Traffic noise whole day.

With its iconic, old-Europe streets and alleys, this picturesque neighbourhood is the very heart of Barcelona. It blends historic artifacts from its days under Roman dominion up through the Spanish Civil War with a vibrant modern-day culture of artisan shops and authentic culinary experiences. Avid explorers will be thrilled to discover quaint terraces and plazas brought to life by the many small bars and local
musicians lasting late into the night. Fashionistas will be drawn to Portal de L’Angel, which is lined with well-known brand names and smaller boutique stands.

We also had a voucher and we found out it was for bus transportation. We decided to take a cab and we arrived early around 10. The lines were not open but they directed us to our line and we were able to board after a short wait in the suite lounge. We noticed everyone was able to check-in once the lines opened but have no idea when they boarded.
