Stayed for 4 nights. Hotel quite well located - it was about a 7-8 min walk to the top of La Rambla and there is an underground stop at the end of the road. I liked the location as it meant we saw a bit more of the city than if we had stayed closer to the La Rambla area....

Stayed for 3 nights in a double room. There was only 1 small window with a building opposite which made the room quite dark. The showerhead holder had broken and the toilet seat lid would not stay up, small issues but could be easily fixed. No breakfast options but there were plenty of cafes and bars outside the entrancr. Well...

Very old building with a converted floor as the hotel, room was very noisy you could hear the next room and reception talking as well as building work next door. Room was clean with a nice power shower but the lighting was poor and the bed uncomfortable. Good location but don't think id stay again.

The room was totally fine. There was a sliding door to the bathroom that you couldn't close. Small shower. No breakfast. The staff was nice but they were not there all the time since they had rooms on number 60 as well. To check-in you had to go by number 60 first, than a woman followed us to 53 and...

The room was brand new and a very good size. Bathroom was excellent as was the shower however, there are a few things that need to be known as follows; * Check In is very exhausting and time consuming, we were sent an email advising us to check in at 60 Ronda St Pere, on arrival we were escorted to...

The highlight of our visit was how helpful and thoughtful the staff at both Brustar Gotic and Brustar Centric are. If you stay here and I would advise that you do, then you will meet Gerardo and Jay and the other staff members every one of whom were very helpful and friendly indeed. For a reason that is not important...

We knew we were selected a more budget friendly hotel, but it ended up being more "budget" than we expected. For starters, we booked the Brustar Gothic, and they put us in the Brustar Centric down the street, which had poorer online ratings - although we were told they were essentially the same thing. It was more like a hostel...

Not to be confused with Barri Gotic (map apps seem to always want to direct you there), this hotel is near the Arc de Triomf and its Metro station. Pretty handy, but it is only a 15 minute walk from Catalunya Metro station in downtown Barcelona. As you can tell, the location of this hotel is the main draw. Barcelona...

Staying in Eixample

Neighbourhood Profile
Eixample
Passing through the glorious Plaça Catalunya, you enter the newer city district of Eixample, literally translated as “extension,” which immediately becomes recognisable by its more spacious streets and elegant atmosphere. The main artery of this sizable district, Passeig de Gracia, is lined with high-end international designer stores. Not to be outdone, the glitz and glamour of this zone is perhaps best exemplified by the comfortable and lavish five-star hotels that flank the divine and modernistic buildings from some of the world’s most recognised architects such as Gaudi and Montaner.
