If you plan on staying in Barcelona- Acacia Suites is the top choice for sure. I highly recommend! It is situated in the excellent place, and you have metro and bus station just around the corner. All the staff is very pleasant, kind and helpful. If you have any problem or a question they are ready to help immediately. Although... More

The Acacia Suites were an excellent choice; good location and excellent service. The hotel is located in a pleasant part of Barcelona and easily accessible by metro; lots of shops nearby and a nice university vibe. The staff at the hotel were very welcoming and helpful, and my room was clean, spacious, modern and comfortable. There are good restaurants, bars... More

The rooms in Acacia Suite are good we was on the top floor(7th) and the view out the back is not good your just over looking flats and apartments in other buildings. The folks on reception were superb and done everything in there power to make our stay grand. We did have a few problems however. If you have arranged... More

Had a lovely stay at Acacia, the location can't be beat. Close to everything the lovely city of Barcelona has to offer. Had a family suite, 3 children and two adutls, we all fit well. Only caveat is the division between the bedroom and the living room is not complete up to the ceiling. The wall and door only go... More

We had booked the apartments last minute after some research. The hotel is ideally situated just a minute away from the hospital clinic metro station. it is situated in a nice residential area just outside of the busy central district but only a couple of stops from most of the key attractions in Barcelona. There are some great local restaurants... More

Plenty of room in our 3rd floor room for three of us, all adults. Within walking distance to all attractions and many good restaurants minutes from the hotel. Above all was the attentiveness and friendliness of the reception staff-especially to Gus,Marco,Eduardo, and Monica, all of whom made us feel welcome and well-taken care of!

Lovely helpful staff, fantastic suite, would definitely recommend. It is in the quieter part of Barcelona, but metro stop two minutes away, bus turista stop only 5 blocks north; both blue and red routes. Lots of excellent places to eat/ drink with recommendation s from hotel staff proving worth listening to, especially The Patron. Lots of supermarkets to make use... More

We stayed here with 2 teenage children having decided to try an Aparthotel for the first time having felt we had totally outgrown 'Family' rooms in hotels as we needed more space and to some extent more privacy. Acacia was the perfect solution, with the sliding separating door creating 2 bedrooms we all had our own space and our own... More

Staying in Eixample

Neighbourhood Profile
Eixample
Passing through the glorious Plaça Catalunya, you enter the newer city district of Eixample, literally translated as “extension,” which immediately becomes recognisable by its more spacious streets and elegant atmosphere. The main artery of this sizable district, Passeig de Gracia, is lined with high-end international designer stores. Not to be outdone, the glitz and glamour of this zone is perhaps best exemplified by the comfortable and lavish five-star hotels that flank the divine and modernistic buildings from some of the world’s most recognised architects such as Gaudi and Montaner.
