Very nice and clean hotel. Reception staff very helpful and ordered transport in the morning to take us to the cruise ship, free of charge. Hotel situated very close to Las Ramblas. Lots of cafes and restaurants within easy walking distance. Staff very helpful and friendly. Full Breakfast was very good.

I must be honest, i was getting worried about this stay after reading some of the reviews but it wasnt bad at all so i will list my own opinions views on the good/ bad of the hotel Breakfast - It is a standard European breakfast - toast, scrambled eggs, chips ( found this a bit weird but each to...

We spent 6 nights in this hotel and I think that many feedbacks on tripadvisor are not fair. The hotel is well located near to parallel metro station and 15 minutes walk from La Ramblas. The neighberhood is safe. The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly and helpful and the breakfast is repetitive but good and hearty. Overall, we...

Great location for the hotel. Nearby to a few metro lines which link you to anywhere you need to go. Rooms are a bit small but come with ample storage space. Beds are comfy, but showers/baths (if you can call it a bath) are small also. But more than adequate for a few nights stay. Breakfast in the morning is...

We recently stayed at this hotel for 4 nights, we weren't expecting much as it was fairly cheap. The location was good only a 10-15 minute walk to la rambla however the hotel itself was really poor. The room (403) was tiny however I figured this must be the norm as I have seen similar reviews. What was most disappointing...

Had a very enjoyable stay here. Was a short walk from Paral lel station which enabled us to acess all of the places we wanted to visit within a short walk or metro ride. Room was very clean and reasonable size for our 3 night stay. Breakfast was very enjoyable with a reasonable range of variety. Staff were extremely helpful...

We read varying reviews about Hotel Garbi Millenni before arriving. I can honestly say we found the whole stay excellent. We were greeted by wonderful staff who could not do enough for us, the room (202) though small was lovely. The bathroom very clean and a great shower. The air con seemed to only have one temperature but a quick...

Spend 3 nights with teenager . The room clean and cousy, the breakfast is basic. The location is great. Recomended if you have a limit budget and you come to travel and not to stay at the hotel during the day.

I spent 2 wonderful days in Barcelona after cruising. The hotel was stylish with all the necessary amenities. Room was small but suitable for 2. Nice shower tub combo. Ipod connection or radio on headboard. Location is good for walkers. Between 2 subway/metro stop. Bus stop infront of hotel. Fast foods and restaurants line the street. 15 min scenic walk...

Staying in El Raval

Neighbourhood Profile
El Raval
Once a downtrodden corner of downtown Barcelona, this gritty area has seen a cultural resurgence boasting an excellent nightlife and one of the most multi ethnic spots in the entire city. A sense of humble authenticity protrudes from the many independent record stores, second hand shops, and student bars that seem to light up the streets day and night. The rocking epicenter, the MACBA Plaça, is a modern day forum for bohemian youth, abuzz with the sights and sounds of late-night gatherings and talented skateboarders showing off their latest tricks.
