Very nice hotel located just off La Ramblas. Close to most areas- Bari Gothic, old town, Gaudi buildings. Staff at the front desk were awesome and so was service at the bar where the drinks were tasty. The rooms are small, but well equipped.
Architectural beauty inside. The staff are obliging and luckily for me speak english as I have no Spanish. The room was modern and had a spacious bathroom with 2 sinks and a great walk in shower. The breakfast was extensive, even offering eggs cooked to...More

Once a downtrodden corner of downtown Barcelona, this gritty area has seen a cultural resurgence boasting an excellent nightlife and one of the most multi ethnic spots in the entire city. A sense of humble authenticity protrudes from the many independent record stores, second hand shops, and student bars that seem to light up the streets day and night. The rocking epicenter, the MACBA Plaça, is a modern day
forum for bohemian youth, abuzz with the sights and sounds of late-night gatherings and talented skateboarders showing off their latest tricks.
