Very good affordable hotel right in the heart of the city. Good breakfast and lounge area where there is a window view of downtown. Stayed in a room that was away from the main street. Very quiet. I would stay again.

Joined up with friends celebrating a birthday in Barcelona. A few of us picked this hotel and I have to say it was brilliant. Perfectly located, very pleasant and helpful staff, great room with lots of mod cons and cleverly thought out. A really lovely reasonable hotel with some really great restaurants nearby. Will definitely return again and again.

I had to stay in Barcelona for one night during a business trip. I found a good online deal for this hotel. Pros: the room is luxurious with free wifi, big screen tv, all the bathroom appliances, slippers and everything, free tea, coffee and water. The lounge area always has free tea and coffee and some snacks. Big and comfortable...

First time visit to Barcelona for a three day city visit and this hotel was recommended by a friend. Wow, what an experience. Greeted at reception by friendly, welcoming staff who were more than happy to spend time explaining everything and anything. Their restaurant recommendations were incredible. Rooms are clean, modern and quiet (we were at the back of the...

Very much enjoyed my stay in here....compounded by my delight at finding I had a suite with sun loungers outside, on the top level. Very quiet, spacious, and bright. Located amidst quirky shops, surrounded by good restaurants. Will be back again in the summer months.

The reception Laura and Alex was extremely helpful. Requested to change to a quieter room and Laura helped me to even move rooms. We were looking for a restaurant and Alex proposed and made the reservation. Location was central to tourist spots.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff was exceptionally accommodating with Albert going above the call of duty in assisting us. The breakfast was excellent and very delicious. The only thing we would change is the layout in the room with the bed extenders. If not paying attention it is real easy to bump your leg on the corner....

Staying at this property was the best decision we made. We initially had planned to stay in a different hotel that's cheaper but turned out to be really far from the center but then last minute changes to hotel sexty two. The hotel is super central and in the best location. Walking distance to all the main attractions restaurants, bars...

Excellent hotel, well located in central Barcelona. This hotel has modern design features with well appointed room. The staff were friendly, helpful and excellent to deal with. Breakfast options were good and varied. Only negative...the bed had a weird extension at the end that was the perfect height for whacking your shin on. Ouch!

Staying in Eixample

Neighbourhood Profile
Eixample
Passing through the glorious Plaça Catalunya, you enter the newer city district of Eixample, literally translated as “extension,” which immediately becomes recognisable by its more spacious streets and elegant atmosphere. The main artery of this sizable district, Passeig de Gracia, is lined with high-end international designer stores. Not to be outdone, the glitz and glamour of this zone is perhaps best exemplified by the comfortable and lavish five-star hotels that flank the divine and modernistic buildings from some of the world’s most recognised architects such as Gaudi and Montaner.

“if you are asking for a junior suite in winter, make sure to ask for the table in the room. Our Junior suite room 505 had the dining table in the balcony which seem very useless in the cold weather. Also because of the large balcony the room is as small as those regular room. ”
