Suites Avenue - great accommodation, sleek, designer, but practical as well. Rooms spacious with 2 small pools and gym. Well located - opposite La Predrera. Above Hugo Boss, near Chanel, and all major shops and restaurants. Great for families.

Our favourite hotel in Barcelona the Granados 83 was full and we were moved to the Suites Avenue, ideally located at the top of Passeig de Gracia. We had a full suite with terrace on the 8th floor with fantastic views of Barcelona. As with the other Derby Hotels, Suites Avenue is luxurious has wonderful original art in the lobby...

We spent 3 nights at Suites avenue. Location is brilliant, the staff (esp Mr Ugo) are really friendly and helpful in finding your way around. This is not a traditional 'hotel'. They are serviced apartments. Typically you get a small kitchen, living area and a bedroom. Rooms are very clean and very trendy. There are plenty of restaurants and grocery...

We stayed in one of the apartments for 5 days at the end of august. We requested an early checkin because we had a morning flight to BCN, we arrived around 10am. After a short waiting time at the rooftop our room was ready. The location of the Suites Avenue is just perfect. The main shopping areas are just outside,...

We stayed for five days in late July and our experience was much better than I expected. You feel that you're living in your apartment as oppose to a hotel. The rooms are very modern and minimalistic with great taste in furniture and equipment. We are a family of four and the apartments with two rooms are large enough to...

A great location, a great architecture by one of the best world architects Toyo Ito, across La Pedrera, the famous building designed by one of the best architects of all times, Gaudi....The staff is most friendly and helpful, the accomodation most comfortable. Barcelona at its best!

Staying here for 4 nights at the beginning of our 2 week vacation throughout Spain. There were 3 of us in a one bedroom with the 3rd on the couch. Plenty of room and lots of closet space but bathroom set up awkward due to the shower and toilet both in the master. Privacy issue for sure. Our 3rd person...

Staying in Eixample

Neighbourhood Profile
Eixample
Passing through the glorious Plaça Catalunya, you enter the newer city district of Eixample, literally translated as “extension,” which immediately becomes recognisable by its more spacious streets and elegant atmosphere. The main artery of this sizable district, Passeig de Gracia, is lined with high-end international designer stores. Not to be outdone, the glitz and glamour of this zone is perhaps best exemplified by the comfortable and lavish five-star hotels that flank the divine and modernistic buildings from some of the world’s most recognised architects such as Gaudi and Montaner.
