Yes, towels were provided for us. We were charged the balance at check in on our credit card through a portable credit card machine carried by the representative of the apartment. Check everything when you arrive or you can be charged on your credit card for any damages, they make you sign a paper for this at check in. Wifi is extra, but Barcelona has wifi hotspots all over.. Make sure you understand the instructions for television, we only had one channel. Contact them before arrival if you have specific needs (cannot go up 5 flights of stairs) etc. so they can put you in a lower floor if available.
