Large Room and bathroom, AC, Minibar. Nice and diversified breakfast. Close but not direct in center of the city of Valladolid (15-20 min walk to Plaza Mayor) All the ingredients to enjoy a professional stay without any surprise.

Everything is great, it is a fantastic hotel and you rest very well. 📍The location is not central but in just fifteen/twenty minutes you can get to the center, since it is a small city. The area is very quiet. 🛌🏻 The room was fantastic, single with a large and very comfortable bed, with a very comfortable desk, well lit, large closet, refrigerators, safe... Very well equipped. 🚿 Comfortable bathroom, very clean and well equipped too, with soap, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer... 🥗 I had dinner at the restaurant, they have a varied menu and everything that came out looked spectacular. The rice I ordered was delicious. 🥐 The buffet breakfast is super complete, very well distributed and with a lot of variety of sausages, sweets, cereals, infusions... It's great. 🤵🏻♂️🤵🏻♀️ The super friendly staff, both the girl who helped me at reception and the waiters at night and in the morning.

They do not have maintenance during the weekend. The sink was clogged, overflowing with water and we couldn't use it during our stay. (To brush our teeth or face we use the bidet) We reported it to the reception but they did not try to solve it, they did not offer us another room despite having availability. We were able to file a complaint in writing, but we are still waiting for an explanation or apology.

Luckily by opening the window we were able to sleep at an acceptable temperature, the air conditioning made a terrible noise. Clean rooms and full breakfast as is usually the norm in this chain. The reception staff could have been a little more efficient both on arrival and departure.

We took a double room and one for single use. The double room with a hottie (there are two of us) or put two or none. A bottle of water, the same. A tray with infusions and coffees (mola) The room had nothing apart from glass on the floor that we had to notify so they could clean it. We called the reception to ask for a bottle of water and the tray with coffee and so on and they told us that nothing at all, it is only for double rooms. The price difference is three euros. We will not return.

NH hotels always maintain a high standard. The rooms are spacious and clean and the staff very professional. The breakfast buffet is excellent and there were plenty of gluten free options. It is a 15 minute walk from the centre.

Upon arriving at the room after a whole day out, we found the beds in such a state that the first thing we thought was that someone had been lying on them. We reported this to the reception, attaching photographs and, as they told us, we forwarded the complaint via e-mail. A week later we still have no response from the hotel management.

The receptionist applied the protocol that I suppose the company provides them with correctly and unwillingly. It was not pleasant rather the opposite.The hotel is an NH with what this implies in terms of facilities and cleanliness. But we were not welcomed with friendly treatment in fact we stayed for another day and in the other hotel were lovely, pity that such a detail has decided not to return, but there are more hotels.
