Overnight stop enroute from the Ferry, chosen for ease of access, parking and pet friendly! The hotel is quirky but has seen better days....the location is just off the major roads, easy to access, not much going on around it! The staff were reasonably friendly, (no English) but some confusions with our booking which took time to resolve.
The room, although a little basic, was spacious and clean with a window overlooking the gardens. Good for our dog!
The restaurant and bar had very limited menu choices for vegetarians; but the bar area allowed us to have our dog with us, and we managed to order a Tortilla . Average breakfast. Pleasant enough for one night stay!

Wi-Fi average quality and speed. Breakfast is too late for business travelers 7:30 and buffet is poor, coffee is one of those that makes lot of foam, not natural, fruit is basic, proteins are few, etc, etc
The sports use to be paid apart 6€ the use of facilities and 6 € if you want to join any class. So if you take into account price of rooms is quite higher without the sports facilities the average price is much higher.
It must be nice in summer with the outdoor pool.

I have used this hotel several times on my to southern spain and back and i can only report what i see on the day. Nice hotel and excellent food but Wifi and TV were so bad i had to complain and got nowhere. I gave up on the TV in the end and as for the Wifi something needs to be done, was it turned off i ask myself as it was OK a few hours ago but no just cannot connect. So no work so an early night. Dont think i will book again.

WE stayed here overnight on our travels through Spain in August 2022 and had a lovely stay. The hotel is beautiful, peaceful, well appointed and spotlessly clean. We had a buffet style breakfast with fruit, pastries, cooked goods, hot drinks, etc. Very tasty. We had an evening meal in the restaurant and had a 3 course meal with a bottle of wine and a bottle of water for 16 euros each. It was delicious. The staff were really friendly and helpful and the room was well appointed with complimentary toiletries. We would certainly stay there again.

We stayed here overnight on the way from Santander to Portugal and enjoyed a pleasant night’s stay. The air conditioned room was ample and well equipped. We were served a meal of cheese salad followed by salmon and with tiramisu to follow. There was pork loin available too. The food was tasty and nicely presented.

Awful. Archaic hotel. Pillows hard rocks. Nice size suite but archaic. The food was not good. Service was hit and miss. As this is just off the motorway they should expect people who use English to communicate but not at this hotel. Won't be staying here on return joirney

This hotel offers a reasonable price, comfortable rooms & bathrooms but not at all a 4 star service.
Rooms are quite big but without windows in multiple rooms on the second floor (only a high vasistas with view to the sky.
The buffet for breakfast is poor
The swimming pool is not a private one. It belongs to another company and you will have to pay 5€/person extra charge. It opens only from 12h to 20h30.

We booked on line for a double room for one night and to include our dog. We were given the rate of 48€, which was fine. On arrival we were charged an extra 50€s for our dog, more than for the two of us! We had no choice but to pay as it was late on a Saturday evening.
At 1 am a concert started in their function room which is under the bedrooms, and it finished at 3 am, making sleep impossible during this time.
Breakfast wasn't available until 8 30 am so we went without. All n all pretty, disastrous!

Nice hotel but never a four star,
Just a nice run of the mill hotel.
First room had a view of the roof asked to move nice view from the rest of the hotel,

I was forced to cancel this booking, as I'd made a mistake on the date, so lost my payment as it was too late. I then booked it for the correct date and when we arrived, the delightful receptionist refunded the payment for the cancelled night and only charged for the night we were staying. That's what you call customer service! Our room was very clean, well furnished and the bathroom was modern, clean and comfortable. We ate in the bar and the food was brought in from the restaurant but charged at bar price and was first rate and a sensible price. I have just made a detour around Vallalodid on a recommendation, so have booked into an hotel on a different route home. I wish I hadn't. The Lasa Sport is probably the best hotel I have stayed at in many a year. GO THERE - YOU'LL NOT REGRET IT,,,,
