The room assigned to me was spacious, clean, well furnished. A couple of buts: There are no toiletries in the bathroom except soap and gel. I would have liked the TV to be in front of the bed (hate) and the wifi coverage in the bed area was quite poor. Otherwise, the room was very comfortable, the bathroom was very good....
VERY weak breakfast. Few things to eat, no hot things (it's something they should consider).
The staff and attention VERY GOOD. Friendly staff at all times. As a positive thing in the end, they allowed me to leave the car in the parking lot after checking out until a few hours later, which was very useful because I had to be in Valladolid for a few hours.
The treatment of absolutely all the staff is extraordinary. They are friendly, willing, they manage to make the guest feel very good.
Cleanliness is breathed in all spaces.
There is a well-equipped mini-bar.
The hotel has parking, with an elevator to the rooms. This is great, because parking is scarce. I traveled with elderly people and the hotel is absolutely friendly and adequate.
Unfortunately the beds are not very comfortable.
There is a coffee maker but they don't leave anything to prepare it. I think it would be good to leave a couple of sachets of instant coffee.
Without a doubt, a very good experience.
We opted for breakfast but getting it from the supermarket would have been a better option. There are a couple of nice pastry/bread shops close by too.
The location is perfect for walking all over. You cannot go wrong choosing this hotel.
The rooms, rather apartments, are large and fully equipped (fridge with freezer as we have at home). Around the hotel there are supermarkets, fruit shops, bakeries.... that can supply you with what you need, or several restaurants.
The cleanliness of the rooms is very good, the beds are quite comfortable and the wifi goes quite well.
The staff, friendly and helpful, attentive to everything that can help.
It is pointless unloading bags if you are using their car park because there is a lift.
To go into the car park there is a lift that one drives into. It was a bit tight for my SUV and the lift buttons were on the left, which was challenging for my UK car. I soon realised that I could press the button for the floor then drive in.
Maria on reception was great and she suggested where to go for tapas and also suggested an Emilio Moro visit which I booked and was fabulous.
The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable.
Little things were missing. We asked for slippers. There is a kitchen but it would be good to have tea and coffee making facilities. There were not any bottles of water. I bought some from a nearby Carrefour.
The location is handy for walking into the centre and there are good bars nearby.
Breakfast was ok and the staff were so helpful.
