My experience has been a bit mixed. To begin with, it must be said that the location is very good, in the center of Valladolid, but accessibility (as in other places in the center) is complicated if you go by car because there is no area to stop to unload. It is essential if you go by car to reserve a garage (which I did). The entrance to the garage is not very intuitive. I walked around the block a couple of times and was able to stop in an area behind the loading and unloading area, where the entrance was precisely.

The room assigned to me was spacious, clean, well furnished. A couple of buts: There are no toiletries in the bathroom except soap and gel. I would have liked the TV to be in front of the bed (hate) and the wifi coverage in the bed area was quite poor. Otherwise, the room was very comfortable, the bathroom was very good....

VERY weak breakfast. Few things to eat, no hot things (it's something they should consider).

The staff and attention VERY GOOD. Friendly staff at all times. As a positive thing in the end, they allowed me to leave the car in the parking lot after checking out until a few hours later, which was very useful because I had to be in Valladolid for a few hours.

The hotel is quite comfortable, very good-sized rooms, the location is unbeatable, a few steps from the Cathedral and a few minutes walk from the Plaza Mayor and the most important tourist attractions.

The treatment of absolutely all the staff is extraordinary. They are friendly, willing, they manage to make the guest feel very good.

Cleanliness is breathed in all spaces.

There is a well-equipped mini-bar.

The hotel has parking, with an elevator to the rooms. This is great, because parking is scarce. I traveled with elderly people and the hotel is absolutely friendly and adequate.

Unfortunately the beds are not very comfortable.

There is a coffee maker but they don't leave anything to prepare it. I think it would be good to leave a couple of sachets of instant coffee.

Without a doubt, a very good experience.

We were so grateful for the kitchen because of the crazy late hours for dinner in Valladolid. There is a great supermarket around the corner and we ate in during our 3 nights. Room 405 had a view over several cafes. The hotel is quite sound proofed so most of the noise was muted and disappeared when I put ear plugs in. The decor is modern and comfy. Staff is friendly.
We opted for breakfast but getting it from the supermarket would have been a better option. There are a couple of nice pastry/bread shops close by too.
The location is perfect for walking all over. You cannot go wrong choosing this hotel.

The hotel itself, could be a 10: tiny but with very good facilities, clean, very well equipped and excellently soundproofed suite rooms, perfect location, very friendly and attentive attention from the staff. However, I cannot recommend this hotel for those who seek a more complete experience, as the breakfast you propose is symbolic: coffee, 3 options of bread toast, ham and cooked, sliced cheese, two types of cereal, two types of natural yogurt, some fruits, spreads in individual packaging (cream cheese, tomato, oil, etc.), water and juice. The quality of the products is shooting mediocre and there is no kitchen, and therefore zero extra options. This might be acceptable in an Inn or hostel, but not in a 4-star hotel in the center of a city like Valladolid, where the minimum you can expect in such a case is a full buffet, very stocked, and with better quality products. Commenting on it to the staff, they told me that they have plans to bring breakfast to another larger room that has a kitchen, so it should improve; my suggestion to the hotel management is that they pay close attention to that point and offer a good quality breakfast buffet to stand out above the rest of the options in the city; until that happens, this hotel offers only half an experience and I can not recommend it to anyone who seeks the full pack.

Hotel in the city center. Normal reception. Excellent private underground parking. The rooms are small suites with kitchens furnished with care and taste, but not very clean, dust on the furniture and bathroom floors. Breakfast (not included in the price) expensive for what little it offers.

I booked directly with the hotel, without informing me of the reservation conditions, after 30 meters I already had the charge on the card. Since I could not make the trip to the city, I notified the day before the check-in date to inform the hotel and try to change the check-in date or refund part of the charge, neither one nor the other. It doesn't seem like a correct commercial customer treatment policy to me.

The hotel is located in the old town, opposite the church of Santa Maria la Antigua (which shares a square with the cathedral), so you have the whole old part a short walk (Plaza Mayor 10 minutes away).

The rooms, rather apartments, are large and fully equipped (fridge with freezer as we have at home). Around the hotel there are supermarkets, fruit shops, bakeries.... that can supply you with what you need, or several restaurants.

The cleanliness of the rooms is very good, the beds are quite comfortable and the wifi goes quite well.

The staff, friendly and helpful, attentive to everything that can help.

I drove to the front of the hotel and was directed where to go for the hotel parking.
It is pointless unloading bags if you are using their car park because there is a lift.
To go into the car park there is a lift that one drives into. It was a bit tight for my SUV and the lift buttons were on the left, which was challenging for my UK car. I soon realised that I could press the button for the floor then drive in.
Maria on reception was great and she suggested where to go for tapas and also suggested an Emilio Moro visit which I booked and was fabulous.
The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable.
Little things were missing. We asked for slippers. There is a kitchen but it would be good to have tea and coffee making facilities. There were not any bottles of water. I bought some from a nearby Carrefour.
The location is handy for walking into the centre and there are good bars nearby.
Breakfast was ok and the staff were so helpful.

Hotel well located in the center of Valladolid, spacious rooms, quite complete, well decorated and different from the vast majority of rooms in other accommodation establishments. Both the room and the bathroom are spacious and clean. The room has a small kitchen with a large refrigerator. In general, a hotel with a fairly modern structure and decoration. To name something that could be improved, it would be the breakfast, which is a bit weak and does not contain any hot products except coffee. Quite friendly and attentive staff.

It was a magnificent stay. The room was very comfortable and the hotel was very well located next to the cathedral. And the service is also very good. It is also worth noting that since we had a kitchen we could dine there. They provided us with washing utensils.

el hotel dispone de parking, ahora no recuerdo el precio. Es un poco peculiar porque es un montacargas y bajas con el coche. Va un poco lento porque tienes que esperarte a que te lo manden desde recepción
