The apartment was very well equipped with everything from a dishwasher to automatic washing machine. Beds are really comfortable, with firm mattresses . the receptionist was a delight, providing useful information for sightseeing. Bear in mind that the Washington has no hotel-like facilities such as bar etc. . On the plus side, you can park for free in the street and there are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, including supermarket and good public transportation. The apartment/suite is very modern. On balance, a good base of operations if you’re sightseeing.

I wonder why previous opinions were so negative. For 40 years I have traveled in 4 continents. This is probably the largest and most confortable place I have stayed in. The apartments are so large that it's somewhat ennoying going from the kitchen to the bed. They have every amenity I needed. They do have soap in the shower and the basin. The TV is like a mini cinema. It is true that they only have Spanish channels, the only failure in this hotel. The girl at the reception was very nice. I cannot judge her English as I have been speaking to her in Spanish. As it was an apartment, my aim was to fix my own breakfast, which I did. I cannot say anything on the hotel breakfast. What I cannot understand from the previous French critique is that Valladolid is the uggliest city of the world. Of course, if one considers that Benidorm is heaven, then I have nothing to add. But, seriously, Valladolid is one the most interesting cities of Spain. The sculpture museum is a gem. It's worth a trip from anywhere in the world.

What a wonderful surprise the suites are. Lounge, dinning area and kitchen, plus a very comfortable bedroom and on-suite. We think the value is great and wished we had more than two nights here. Compared to other average priced hotels we have visited during our travels around Spain, this is very luxurious and can highly recommend it.

We stayed here for one night en route from Santander to Malaga and were really pleased with the accommodation. The staff were really friendly and helpful,and the suite we gad was wonderful. The bed was one of the most comfortable ever experienced, and as for the huge shower ....amazing. The hotel is in an area full of takeaways,restaurants,and cafes, and there is a supermarket just over the road. Parking was secure - a locked garage underneath the hotel. We had our dog with us and the hotel had no issue with this: there is a park two minutes away for dog walking.Altogether faultless and highly recommended.Easy to find from the main road.

What a pleasant surprise this place was. We stopped over during our round trip Uk to Portugal and selected Washington as it is dog friendly. We couldn’t believe it as this place was within our price range but the comfort, cleanliness and space could not compare to the others we had stayed in across our travels. Small kitchen in the roomif you want to prepare a meal. Amazing shower! The receptionist Miriam was friendly and helpful!

Stayed here last minute and popped in on the off chance they had a room whilst travelling through to Portugal. The suites are fantastic, so well designed, clean, comfortable and stylish. We had our dog with us and the spacious rooms were perfect. The park 5 mins away was ideal for walkies. Plenty of little restaurants around that do take away to bring back to the apartment. Would definitely recommend and will stay here again. Reasonable rates.

Great facilities, good size rooms and very friendly staff. Rooms are well equipped suites and make for a perfect weekend break location.
However, we booked non smoking and all rooms smell of smoke. That is a real problem and one we found upsetting. Not great management practice and they should do more to stop in room smoking or clean.
Good breakfast and helpful staff.
The hotel is along walk from town. We walked in and got a taxi back.

I had a suite here, it was extremely spacious and well decorated. The kitchen area was well equipped and very clean. Parking was easy as its under the hotel. There is a supermarket opposite if you want to stock up on essentials, In the local area there are numerous restaurants to eat in. Bed was very larg and comfortable.

This hotel is brilliant! Upon arrival, the lady on reception was so helpful, my Spanish is not great, so she spoke in English for me, and advised me about the room, wifi and also where to park the car. She also let us keep the car outside the hotel entrance whilst we unloaded our baby and all the associated things that you need when travelling with a baby! The suite had a cot set up for us on arrival, and was fantastic, it was spacious, beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you need - washer, dishwasher, oven, toaster, fridge and freezer etc. Everything looked new and was clean. the bed was really comfortable and the huge shower was amazing! There were some really nice touches like soft lighting in the rooms and a tablet for the dishwasher. The staff couldn't have been more helpful, the kind lady on reception gave us a map and marked directions on it, including landmarks and where was best to park, and when we asked for an iron and board, they were provided quickly. Overall, it was an amazing stay at a wonderful hotel - One of the best hotels I've stayed in. I'd stay here without a doubt if in Valladolid again.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Valladolid. The rooms are fantastic and extremely clean and well equipped with everything you will need in the full sized kitchen. The staff are are amazing, really friendly and helpful.
