This hotel is right off of Plaza Mayor near so many eclectic streets with food and bars - a great atmosphere! It is very near shopping, cafes, and museums. It is very easy to walk everywhere. The employees of the hotel are fantastic. We were English speaking guests and Roberto and Paloma spoke English and went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and ensured we had a good stay in Valladolid and Spain as a whole. When we first checked in Roberto showed us a map of the city and wrote down everywhere he thought we should go visit in the city and restaurants we might like, in great detail. Paloma was so wonderful and helped us find a hotel in Madrid that wasn't even part of their chain, and called multiple hotels to ensure we got the best location and price possible. SO NICE. The only part that wasn't 100% great was that the double single bed room that we had was quite small. But it was very comfortable and as we were gone for most of the day it was no problem. Next time we are in Valladolid we will definitely be staying in this hotel.

This is a very old style Hotel right off Plaza Mayor in the center of Valladolid. There are more stores, restaurants, and bars within walking distance than we could count. The rooms have had some modernization and are very clean, but in ours people could be heard in the streets particularly when they were signing loudly very late at night. There is a free breakfast every morning which is a bonus, with eggs cooked to order. As with Valladolid in general, only a few staff members speak some English but we always managed to get by.

Lovely elegant hotel with excellent location a few steps from the Plaza Major but in a quiet street. Parking instruction were good and we were met by a lovely lady who explained how to return to the main Square and underground parking; you are able to stop outside the hotel and unload the luggage!
The executive twin room was spacious and comfortable and over looked the small street. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was good and clean! Lift to rooms. Breakfast was a little chaotic one day with one staff covering cooked breakfast and the bar, and the cooked eggs could have been a little better!!
The hotel is also pet friendly....a lovely 2 night stay! We would stay again....

A strange city for us so needed parking and food on site, but were simply told which knead yk street had parking- at 19 euros.
Then told there eas no food kbecause it is Monday, although I had emailed the hotel to ask what times the restaurant was open.
Room was small but ok.
Staff - female receptionist was helpful but went off at midday and the replacement male would barely acknowledge me. Shall not stay again.

Excellent location with everything in walking distance. Paloma sat down with us on arrival and pointed out the sights and recommendations for tapas and restaurants. Roberto on reception also very helpful. The room was spacious and very comfortable. We were not disturbed by noise. Breakfast was included with fresh orange juice & eggs freshly cooked. Good experience and recommended.

When visiting Valladolid you should 100% stay in the Imperial. It’s not your standard modern hotel, it has character and some nice period features. On arrival we were warmly welcomed by Roberto, he was very friendly and took the time to show us all the best tourist attractions on a map. We had a lovely big room and a great selection at breakfast the next morning. The hotel is very clean, it doesn’t have parking but the car park is literally a two minute walk away from the front door. The hotel is pet friendly.

This is a beautiful hotel. The renaissance columns from the former palace are in evidence in the dining room and hallways. Paloma is the true star of the show in staff. She goes out of her way to be super helpful. She made sure I was taken care of when I left, since I was going home alone.
It is centrally located in the old town. There was a charming Christmas market, and the Plaza is ringed with restaurants and shops, in addition to a long pedestrian shopping plaza with anything you could want, including groceries.
The only thing I wished for was a coffee pot in the room, but that is probably and American thing anyway.

When I got to my room, I found some underwear from the previous client on the bathroom floor. When I mentioned the matter at reception, they did not value the matter nor did they pay any special attention to me for what happened.
Excellent location and very good surroundings of the hotel in terms of bars and restaurants.
Pity the cleaning

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We are deeply sorry to hear about the cleanliness issue you encountered in your room. This is certainly not the standard of service we strive to provide, and we apologize for the oversight. It's disappointing to learn that our reception staff did not address your concern appropriately. We take cleanliness and customer service very seriously, and we will be addressing this incident with our housekeeping and front desk teams to ensure such issues are handled with the utmost importance in the future. We're glad to hear that you appreciated our excellent location and the surrounding amenities. However, we regret that the cleaning issue marred your overall experience. Thank you again for your feedback. We hope you might consider staying with us again, giving us the opportunity to provide you with a much-improved experience.

The Hotel Imperial is truly an imperial hotel. I loved the elegance of the hotel. It was a step back in time. The location is excellent-about a half a block from the Plaza Mayor. Roberto at the front desk was so helpful. He made sure that we knew the highlights of the town and the best spots for tapas. We hope to come back someday soon.

Buenos dias, dispone el hotel de parking.
Valladolid, Spain
