The spacious and clean room
Excellent quality personal hygiene products.
The receptionists are VERY FRIENDLY.
The location is perfect if you are looking for tranquility and you have a bus stop in front of you that is very practical to get around Valladolid.

It needs some repairs… a little expensive for what it offers. The area is quiet, with easy free parking in front, it is not far from the center but you have a walk… the furniture is a little old from use, it would need some changes and repairs. To highlight the kindness and closeness of the staff, rich and varied breakfast. To highlight the “late breakfast” that you can have breakfast at the buffet until 12, few hotels give that flexibility

Yesterday, Saturday night, my partner and I went to celebrate Valentine's Day at this hotel where they offered a menu with dancing. Dinner left a lot to be desired, because, in addition to being scarce, among other dishes, they served us a small piece of cheek, warm-cold and hard. Two glasses of wine, one white and one red, quite mediocre and the waitresses didn't care if you finished the glass. A cold coffee with milk. A glass of champagne without bubbles. The wine and champagne were served to us with the bottles already opened and passed from one table to another. On the other hand, I don’t want you to apologize or reiterate them, I shouldn’t include “cut-and-paste” answers concerning quality and cleanliness standards, I don’t want you to pass my comments on to any department — the comments are exclusively for you.
The hotel employees you run are good professionals, friendly and clearly do what they can in a hotel that has serious deficiencies that several guests, I read, have indicated in previous messages. Without entering the general condition of the hotel and rooms, visible — and covered — humidity in the bathroom, damaged and broken bathroom furniture, unstable tiles in corridors, etc., I indicate the following: if you want to improve the general cleanliness of the room, increase the salary to Mrs. of the cleaning that crumbles and hire more staff. If this is not possible, devote yourself to cleaning the rooms and stop “passing” guest complaints to your peers.

We stayed here for three nights as part of a three week road trip, it’s not as close to the city as indicated, about twenty minutes, there are some good restaurants on the same side of the river as the hotel as well.
We were able to park safely for free in the street, in front, and there were a couple of nearby bars that did a nice cheap breakfast,
Room was clean and comfortable, a bit in the small side, but a nice big comfortable bed..
Very nice bathroom, and a good shower.

Close to the center but quiet. The room was very good and the breakfast was very rich, although they open a little late: 7:00 a.m. is a little late if you have to go to work.

This is a dirty and dingy hotel that needs a desperate rehab. Breakfast is not as good as other NH properties that offer cooked to order eggs and cappuccinos. Quality of meats and cheeses was not on par. Room seemed newer except for the flies and the roach we found in the bathrooms. Better options to explore.

We arrived and the receptionist, Eva, was very unfriendly, didn’t greet us on our arrival and every time we asked something she replied in monosyllabic. She just addressed us and gave us the hotel information. She told us that the city center was a 10 minute walk away and we found that it was more than 30 minutes. No air condition in the room until 11 pm. Sad to say everything very disappointing.

Hotel in the center of Burgos (beautiful city) a few meters from the Cathedral, the most pleasant walk and always with atmosphere.
Quick check in, correct but there was no type of indication of services or options in the city.
Room with views (first floor, limiting views) spacious but the curtains and canopy are either washed frequently to prevent dust or better removed. Negative: in six days of stay there was no change of sheets, at least the bottom one.
The best, the magnificent breakfast and the efficient, friendly and close staff who took such good care of us, thank you Sira and the rest of the colleagues, out of 10.

El parquing està en el sótano pero nosotros aparcabamos justo delante en superficie.Para ir al centro puedes coger el coche y aparcar en parking justo en el casco antiguo. A pie tienes un ratito,pasar el puente sobre el rio y aún te quedan 15 minutos.Como prefieras. Un saludo.
