This is a great place! Lovingly restored convent with gorgeous antiques and tapesties on the walls. Very helpful staff, great gluten free food in the restaurant and positioned at the end of the famous aquaduct in the centre of Segovia. We will be back.

Friendly personel, nice monastery, so place with history. 10 minutes walk to the tourist office, 25 to the castle. Nice breakfast. Clean room with all the basics. Restaurant is a plus. And spacious parking area.

The hotel is located at the beginning of an aqueduct, a 10-minute walk to the main square of Segovia. The hotel is a renovated monastery with a beautiful courtyard. There is available a large partly covered free parking and garage, which has to be paid. Front desk staff is friendly. Breakfast was very good with plenty of cheeses, fruits, eggs,...

We chose this hotel for the first leg of our tour as we have experienced "city centre" hotels in Spain before and know the stresses of getting lost, driving down narrow roads and into tight parking garages after a long journey, so chose this based on its ample parking. It is a good 10 minute walk downhill into town -...

We stayed here based on our travel agent’s recommendation. (On a previous trip we stayed in the middle of town.) We were disappointed in the choice of this hotel for two reasons, customer service and location. The good: The exterior of the hotel is nothing special but the interior is nicely appointed with period furniture and decorations. There seemed to...

We had a car so wanted parking. The hotel was lovely. It was part of a convent, which still houses nuns next door and originally was a hunting lodge for one of the kings of Spain, sorry can't recall which one! The convent is open to the public on Tuesday's, but sadly we were not able to stay that long...

We stayed here for 3 nights and enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately they were having a big event at the hotel so the only parking was a very small space in the narrow parking garage.we were unable to use the lovely courtyard, due to the event. The next nights weren't a problem, and we were able to enjoy the courtyard and...

This town was a great place to start our trip to Spain...and this hotel set the bar pretty high. Our room was amazing, massive bed, period furniture, great air conditioner, lovely bathroom, delicious breakfast. if i had to criticise one thing it would be access from the train station. I believe a shuttle would make a huge difference, as we...

This site is at the very start of the aqueduct a good 10 minute walk to the old city, downhill one way uphill the other. We are all in our 60s and managed. This hotel is ideal if you travel by car as the parking is free and ample. The hotel is a very beautifully restored convent. It was very...
