This was my third time staying at Las Claras, and even though my last stay was in 2013 everything was as I remembered it. The location is perfect; the hotel is facing a quiet street (although you can hear every car due to the cobble stone streets) and you can walk to most of the tourist attractions in 10 –...

We have a great room, with view of the Cathedral and San Esteban, for a bargain price. Everything has been just fine, including a lavish buffet breakfast. Beds are comfortable, bathrooms great, even BBC news in English on the tv, although reception is sometimes a bit shaky. Wonderful room layout with lots of room. Excellent wifi, andclose walk to everything...

During a recent driving tour of Spain, we chose hotels based mainly on their quality, their proximity to the attractions and the ease of access by car. Those of you who are planning a driving trip should know that as a general rule, you will not be able to find street parking in the city centres. Hotel parking is usually...

Charming reception lady! Quite large room with all needed amenities and large (very well sound and climate isolated). Located at a narrow street at the San Esteban Dominican church, 15 min walk to the Plaza Mayor and "tiendas" streets and 5min walk to the Cathedral. The entrance to the car parking is made by the way of an elevator...

The hotel is very well located, walking distance to city center. The staff very helpful. There was water with pieces lemon or water with pieces of orange to refresh as one arrives from walking around ( excellent idea!). The garage is good and in the basement but there is a car elevator, one should be a good driver.

A perfectly situated hotel for walking between all the top bits in town to visit. The staff were all friendly & it was quite peaceful around the hotel. Parking can be a bit tricky with, as others have mentioned, a very tight turn out of the car lift. But it's good practice for judging distances! Salamanca is a very agreeable...

Stayed one night only on our way back from Portugal. Found the hotel with no problem. very pleasant and helpful check in. Booked car parking which is via a car lift, not for those with a large car or nervous disposition, however we survived it, just. Our room was spacious clean and well equipped. On our departure the next day...

This was an older style hotel, but it has been well maintained and was nice and clean. The location was great - close to everything but not in the old town so parking was easy and underneath the hotel with direct access. The breakfast was nice and the suite we had was very spacious with a nice bathroom. We would...

We changed to this hotel as we felt the one we selected on Plaza Mayor was a bit too difficult to get to as we were driving. Eurostars was spot on. Underground car park withing a second of the hotel. The hotel was only an extra couple of minutes walk from everthing central. Staff were extremely helpful and tolerated my...
