We stayed there 2 people and 1 kid. They gave us biggest room. We arrived there after 9 p.m. there was no reception.I called them but they didnt speak english. But they put somewhere our key, and told us apartmen code. Staff was debonaire, helpful. there is kitchen and sufficient bathroom. Great location but no parking area. you must pay for... More

Just don't look at the photos... Everything looks twice bigger and clean The owner was really helpful, she helped us with everything even before than arriving, sent us pictures of maps to show were to park... But the place is too small, noisy and doesn't show anything special

We booked the cheapest room available on booking. We chose the preference of double bed. Everything is online, nobody receives you when you get there. A person appeared while we were waiting because we were not satisfied with the room of two single beds given to us. After a long argument, she changed our room, saying that she is not... More

The location was phenomenal-- quick walk to Plaza Mayor and the train station. However, check in is not 24/7. My boyfriend and arrived later than expected and it took us about 30 minutes to just get into the building. No one checked us in until the next morning. There is no staff around at any point of the day, which... More

Hostal Reise is well-located, only maybe ten minutes' walk from the plaza mayor. The hostal itself isn't anything special, but it's clean and functional. Slightly strangely, you get emailed a code to access from the street which is disconcerting if you're not expecting it. There aren't really any staff around which is a bit curious as well. Overall though for... More

good location, great friendly staff, affordable. We found that the location was walking distance to all the main sights. The kitchenette and breakfast facility is such a good idea - especially for students!

The coffee for breakfast was either one or more days old. I saw the attendant, Paloma, take it out of the refrigerator. When we arrived no one was there to greet us. We didn't get a code to go in and had to bother a store clerk downstairs and a man who seemed to be losing it with the Hostel... More

To start, I paid €17 a night to stay here in a single room and for that price it was very good: the entry information was sent to my phone because I was arriving late in the evening, and the room had more or less what the advertising promised. A simple breakfast was included (coffee, chocolate powder, milk, bread and... More

Warning for those of you who have back problems! The beds at the Hostal are like sleeping on the floor. The breakfast is basic- toast, and the coffee is negligible. But it is cheap and in walking distance from the trains and the town. A 3 night stay in Salamanca was fine, but more and you may be a little... More

Very well located, clean and simple. The room didn´t have a view form the window, but it was not a problem, because is was used just to take a shower, and sleep. The breakfast was terrible, a cold coffe, a bread, and some margarine. But you can bye somethings to eat at market and leave in the refrigerator for your... More

“IFFF you dare stay here, ask for a room not facing the avenue. p.s. there is no fitness center or swimming pool. I just didn't know how to take the dot off. Whatever you do, get your reservations in writing. They tried to charge me 30 euros extra "because I didn't give them 48 hours," even though I had told Paloma the day before and we would not be staying the following night. I'm still here trying to resolve this.”

“When booking, ask for a room that is far from the kitchen. If you really want a desk, ask for it as well because what I had was more like a bookcase that I couldn't sit and write at.”
