If it weren't for its location, I would rate this hotel one grade lower. Perhaps my evaluation is influenced by the extremely poor view of my room - it overlooked a wind shaft. Food was average. Staff was courteous. Stay here if central location is important to you.
We were only in Burgos for one night on our way to France but Burgos was one of our favorite stops. The cathedral there is beautiful and our evening walk along the river was great. Loved the character of the city and would love to have been able to stay longer. The hotel was…
The only good thing about this hotel is it’s location,10 minutes walk into the centre, but the food was absolutely dreadful. The rooms are very tired, our bathroom was dirty, black silicone around the shower & around the bath plug was disgusting. Not worthy of a 4 star rating.…
We stopped over for one night in Burgos recently - I wished we had stayed longer as this hotel was so good! The hotel receptionist was a real gem! We arrived in the middle of Fiesta - roads being blocked off by police, hotel car park full! She was so helpful. The room was…
Hotel very clean, room good, staff are amazing. The housekeeping lady very nice. The coffee in the breakfast room is good. Our stay was good overall. If you want something nice and in the center that a choice. Thank you
"Avoid rooms overlooking wind shaft."
"Ask for room that faces the street"
"Higher level rooms are quieter"
"In general, rooms are good. However, higher floors have difficulty to access the Internet, so the lower(up to the 2nd floor) the less Internet connection problem you will have. You can, at any time of the day, though, use your iPad or computer in the lobby (comfortable and spacious) or in the "entrepiso"(mezzanine)."
