From the sagging bed through the old, and small bathroom to the WiFi connection, Very disappointing. The air conditioning is old and noisy. The state of decor is quite neglected. On the positive side, the receptionist was friendly and helpful.

A real glimpse of the past, lovely hotel centrally located, ideal for visiting the Cathedral and sights. Large rooms with comfortable beds. The staff were really helpful particularly Angela. Plenty of nearby parking. Numerous restaurants and bars a short walk away.

This hotel has a very good location, very close to the historic center of Burgos. The rooms are nicely decorated in Spanish style and very clean but it is in need of a little upgrading, especially the mattresses and pillows which were not very comfortable and the air conditioner did not seem to be strong enough for the room. All...

We used this hotel for our rest day on the Camino and liked the central location. The room was generous with a large bathroom with bathtub. The hotel had some old charm and the room was slightly overheated due to the central system in the hotel and this could not be regulated. Staff was very friendly and it is just...

Amazingly beautiful hotel in a central location- we booked two double rooms and we were upgraded to two beautiful suites. Very old world style. Lovely bathrooms also. We had the breakfast the next day and there was a huge selection of fruit, yogurt, pastries, cereal, toast, meats and cheese

Had to make emergency visit to Burgos to be with ill family member. Found this hotel through internet which was conveniently located and reasonably priced. Staff were helpful with finding buses to the hospital. It was also only a few minutes walk from the coach station which runs regular coaches to and from Madrid airport

I have originally planned to stay for one night, but decided to extend my stay for two nights instead for the hotel being so lovely. The interior is nothing short of regal, quite surprising for a hotel that only has a 4 star rating. Room was clean, comfortable and pretty. The only downside was the thin walls through which I...

Most important for us was secure parking, this was just opposite the hotel, underground. The hotel staff were very helpful. It is within minutes of the cathedral and restaurants. I can't under the negative reviews on this hotel. We had no complaints!

We arrived at this hotel not really knowing what to expect. Parking immediately outside was a problem so I just put the car on the pavement with the flashers on until we'd unloaded and checked-in. (There's a hotel car park just down the street - more of that later) We were checked in by a very efficient and smiling 'Lorena'...

We spent three nights at this hotel in August. Its in a good location near the older part of the city. We loved this city for its buildings, restaurants, and shopping. The hotel was comfortable and our room was fine. We especially liked the furniture and décor in the lounge area. Breakfast was good and well presented. The Hotel car...
