This building is beautiful, and according to their brochure it is 500 years old. I felt like I was stepping into a little piece of medieval history. I came here while on honeymoon with my wife, and my first instinct was "wow". I love old places with a rich history, but my wife claimed that it was musky and overloaded...

We loved this place! The staff was SUPER friendly and helpful, the view from our room was a stunning one of a prefect Toledo street and an amazing view of the Cathedral. The bed was huge and super comfy. Bathroom was great, breakfast was the only one we got on our trip with the room and was so worth the...

We had two rooms - 15 has no outside windows and is a bit claustrophobic. 25 has the double bed against the wall as the room is very small. There is no place to put the soap in the shower and there is nowhere to put any toiletries in the bathroom. Be aware that the parking is VERY expensive even...

Our room (24) was a good size ie plenty of room to open two suitcases with room to move around. We have never had a room this close to a monument. The night staff made us feel very welcome. They helped us carry our luggage up the two floors of stairs (no lift). Muchos gracias. We wish their attitude had...

Excellent stay, even extended for an extra night , very cute and extremely friendly staff, excellent location by the cathedral. Good internet connection, could even do decent work! Highly recommended! 2 steps away from the great la malguerida for drinks, diner, lunch.

Cool building but hard to stay with my kids....paid a pretty high price for their last room (a triple) and asked for a crib to be set up....when we arrived we were given a pretty small room with 3 singles and no crib....it took a long time to sort out that we had to have a crib for our baby...

Absolutely adorable hotel in prime location. Rooms are super cute in an old 16th century building and it was very quiet for sleeping. The breakfast is also a good value especially for what you would pay at a restaurant for the same food. The hotel staff could be a bit friendlier though. Only one out of 3 people working at...

Adorable traditionally decorated hotel. We loved our room and especially loved that we could open the windows and look right at the cathedral. I would recommend this for a romantic getaway and for its excellent vacation. It also felt like stepping back in time. The free wi-fi was also a plus! It was meticulously clean and the staff was very...

I had a bit of mixed feelings about this place. First off, I think it's a very charming and cosy hotel. It has a very rustic feel and is very close by the Cathedral, right beside it actually, so it's location is pretty alright. It is also about a 5-10 minute walk to the main plaza where the shopping/eating areas...
