Nice hotel if you like old and small,so little space in bathroom both my husband and I burnt ourselves on the heated towel rail coming out the tiny shower door,on the plus side it's in a central location seconds from the beach and 30 minute walk into town along a beautiful promenade or you can get the local bus round...

It is a very tiny hotel and the rooms do too. But it is well placed, the owner has a very good attention. Not the staff. The breakfast good. The rooms clean and confortable. Good shower but tiny. The worst: it does not have parking. You have to be lucky finding a parking in public.

Great hotel, it is just by the ocean. The view is great. You can enjoy walking along the coast and peace of the city. The hotel was really authentic, its smell takes back to history. The staff was friendly and helpful. We strongly suggest you to stay at this perfect place! :)

I stayed at the hotel for 3 weeks, and when I needed a longer term place I moved to their apartment unit. They are still taking care of me as a member of their family. Everything I need, they get for me or help me find without any complaints. They are even trying to find me a longer term apartment....

Nice place in Santander, that is close to the beach and within walking distance of good restaurants. The rooms have nice bathrooms, modern and with very good shower pressure. The rooms are a little small, but nicely and individually decorated in different styles. The staff was friendly and helpful. We extended our stay here a day, after the first night....

Stayed here for one night. It is a quirky building with the theme continued to the décor inside. Rooms are not large but adequate. We had a sea view but from all front rooms this is over the building in front's car park, but the sea is there. The building appears to have been linked to the block next door...

We stayed here for five nights from the Monday 25th May 2015. We arrived early and was able to leave our luggage in another room as ours wasn't ready. When we checked into our room Sergio was most helpful with places to visit in and around the area. The hotel itself is just what it says on the tin so...

Much has already been said, but just to add Las Brisas is wonderfully individual; crammed full with paintings and unusual furniture, the decor works superbly. Our room although small was everything we could have wished for - very comfortable beds and pillows, a sea view and quiet, so much so we weren't aware of other guests until we saw them...

“We had a seaview room on the top floor and it was comfortable but small and probably not worth paying the extra for. The other rooms on the top floor seemed larger and had baths, although one of them developed a leak during a period of heavy rain.”
