We last visited PVE in2019 and due to covid had to cancell a few times. We will be back again in May 2022. I think it will be our eighth stay there. Look, it's not a five star but for value, we love it. Its clean, basic and no doubt there are better placed hotels. it's on top of a steep hill. The food is buffet style and very varied and well done. Not to everyone's palet granted, but we love Canary potatoes and anything else that Spaniards eat and you can cram as much as you like on your plate (or two or three) . Some say it's an old people's home. Well that suits us fine but ask yourself. Why is it full of Spanish folk? It's because it's not a Britbox or a hotel for wild scenes. It's basic in some ways but it's a happy place and it's clean and friendly. You can pay thousands for a room with a view at some places with pools and food. But, if you want a pool or three, good grub, plenty to drink AND get a free bus to and from town, some light entertainment in the evening, give it a go. Well under a grand for two B&B for a week. I've paid a lot more for a lot less and We always come away happy and satisfied. Looking forward to our return in May 2022.

Hotel maybe is not brand new but very good care and clean. Rooms are renovated. Big garden, big parking avaible. Good kitchen. Is located 1 km from the city center, on the hill. Some effort necessery on the back way. There are few pools avaible but we didn't use it then I have no opinion. We would like to come there again, is very good location for visiting all the island or trekking trips.

Yesterday was my last day of a 7-day stay in Eden Hotel. It is a large complex with 4 swimming pools with a nice garden and a view. Starting with advantages I have to mention the food because it was delicious, very varied. The staff was helpful and ready to assist you in any matter. Cleaning personnel was also on top, the room has been cleaned up almost every day. Coming to the areas which I think are most challenging is location - the hotel is located in the upper region of the city, which means you have to go up a little bit. Wi-fi was stable and fast but you need to log in each time, which was annoying. Also be informed that there is no gym room in the facility, only the outdoor open-air gym. It would be also nice to extend the closing time of swimming pools too. Nevertheless, I count the stay as pleasant and would recommend it to anyone. A small improvement or consideration of things I mention above would be nice.

This is not a family friendly hotel! Just spent 4 nights out of what was supposed to be a two week holiday at Eden. It is by far the worse hotel I have ever stayed in. It’s very scruffy around the edges. Couple of the staff members shouldn’t be working in hospitality! You know who you are! Bar tender is fab however the bar only opens on Friday and Saturdays in a very small dark hotel reception corridor. Food....where do I start! Breakfast is tinned fruit, onion rings and rice that definitely wasn’t for me. The dining room is very busy with no covid rules in place. The coffee was even undrinkable. They close the only decent pool in the week and make everyone crowd around one that was extremely busy so they don’t have to have another life guard. They have a nudest pool upstairs but we didn’t even bother to look. Broken deck chairs and quite dirty and needs a good clean around the edges of the pool and gardens. Oh and kids can’t play with balls in the pool. What kind of family friendly hotels tells an 11 year old that. Room are very run down. Mattresses are so uncomfortable and sheets are stained and worn. 3 flat pillows for twin bed. The tv only has 2 English channels. Fridge door broken and rusty and doesn’t really keep anything cold. Kitchen area was absolutely unusable due to not enough utinsils. When boiling the kettle you have to put it on top of the job as only one plug. The hotel is at the top of the steapest hill you have ever seen. The locals call it cardiac hill! They should have a shuttle bus but said due to covid they are not running it. This cost a fortune in cabs to get up and down to the centre (about 30 min walk) Tui shouldn’t be advertising this as a family friendly hotel as it’s 100% not for kids. No entertainment except on a Friday or Saturday night (lady singing the same old songs) If you have to stay here make sure you request a room away from the lifts as it will wake you up at 6am every morning. Only good thing I can say about this hotel is the beautiful feral kittens on site! This places needs demolishing!

"Dear Customer, We are very sorry for not having been able to satisfy your expectations, and we are even more sorry for your way of saying it. Most of our clients rate us very well, although, sometimes we make mistakes like everyone else, but we accept all critics and try to correct them, we would have preferred if you had told us all those things during your stay here, in person. , to improve some of them. But it seems that it was not possible. In any case, we appreciate your comments and we promise to correct those that correspond and we also promise that we will continue working for our clients , to make them feel like at home" . Best regards Holiday park eden

I had a small studio with my own kitchen, which was very convenient. The studio was light & clean. The staff was always very friendly and helpful. The food was tasty, I could choose from a variety of different meals, veggies and fruit. Overall - highly recommend!
