Having read the reviews prior to booking, I was definately in two minds about booking this hotel. However two things helped sway me - a) Its location - I've been to Puerto de la Cruz many times and knew that its location was fantastic - even if the hotel wasn't up to scratch I knew there were enough bars and...

The San Telmo Hotel is in an excellent location, being right on the sea front and the staff are very friendly. We were given a room which was dismal with no balcony or sea view, which was not what we were expecting. Having upgraded after paying 10 euros per night the room was very good and the view from the...

If you can NOT speak German forget this hotel. If you book under the impression that you will have a sea view as I was, then be prepared for a room with a view of four meters to the opposite room who will have the same view of your selves and is dark and depressing And a charge of ten...

I was scheduled to go a week later to the same hotel (booked through the same web site), and called them to check on my reservation. They...

I have just got back from a stay at this hotel on my own, friends where in an alternative hotel. The hotel location is very good and is on the sea front so shops and restaurants are not too far away. The hotel its self is very dated. The reception area look recently renovated. The hotel was clean. But the...

I was expecting the worst after reading some of the reviews on line before going but was pleasantly surprised, this hotel is near the old part of town and is very rustic so if you like that your be fine. In among the shops and sea front right near bus pick up so very convenient. The staff were very helpful...
